Contact support, and ask for current firmware files. Then follow the instructions they give you.

So, both flashed died on you, so did you try and flash them from a hub port or something?

I'm on 1.14.102 and 1.11.52 for my Ironclaw, and I do not experience any double clicking issues. I also only use HW profiles, since I have no need for custom macros.

Virtual 7.1 seems to only be supported on PC. I don't have one to check, but you should check which connections support it. You also may need to enable virtual 7.1 in iCUE.
