If its the fans then remove them and if its the Strip unplug unplug the Sata connection to the strip. The fans will auto-light up. Bless you! :)

Corsair, Hi, I have a system trapped in your case I bought trusting your a good company? Your glass side panel is now holding my computer system hostage! :mad: 2 Screws are barley holding in there and another one is stuck about 80% in and one is 100% locked and seems stripped and can't turn. I have only removed the panel 3 times and now it can't even be removed? Unless you want me to smash the glass to get to my computer? Not sure what you expect me to do in this situation need your help!!! Just spent with tax close to $100.00 on your case yesterday! Please email me and I can even give you my phone number if needed? PS. YouTube has video review up and the guy is complaining about screws with this case and I see why. The Glass Panel is a nightmare and is an issue and having to always use a tool to undo and redo screws is an issue. Then what is worse is they easily strip and you are locked out of your equipment without smashing the glass?? Looking forward to your kindness, help and response. Merry Xmas?... So I got front panel off what a pain. It was easier than it looked. Too many plastic parts. So yeah all that's needed is to have the Sata cable plugged in. That was my misunderstanding but now I know how the front comes off too. Haven't played with getting the light to change yet tho? Your saying your using iCUE so I will take a look at that myself and see what happens? I'll update you as I find out more! :) Oh, on a negative note seems like already I have 2 screwed stripped on the glass panel. I've watched a "YouTube" video review and that guy was complaining about issues with the screws too. Not sure at this time what to do to get the side glass panel off now? ***Corsair I hope you reading these reports***

I'm having the same issue? Can someone please give better step by step instructions on how the strip works? As well how to remove front panel because the instructions that came with this case are horrible? My system is working just not the RGB strip?
