PSU Warranty Replacement

My ticket 2000816449 hasn't been assigned to anyone after 2 days. I see a lot of people here have been waiting a week. I would like to get the express replacement option (I think pay upfront until you receive the unit) as my gaming PC is dead.

Would it be possible to get some movement on this ticket please?
