I updated my keyboard and my mouse ( Scimitar RGB ) After the update my keyboard stopped working and show as another scimitar is connected, I tried to connect it to another computer and stills show in device panel as a Scimitar mouse when there’s only the keyboard connected. I tried to reset drivers stills the same, the bios switch too, nothing worked. I made a ticket 2 days ago and stills no response. What can I do, how to put and old firmware when it always connected like a scimitar mouse ? Thank you ! Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Something in the way the firmware was delivered went wrong and multiple devices are affected. Tech support probably drowning in this.
