RMA support not responding after 5+ business days.

Hello, I am not receiving any responses from Corsair's RMA support. I've gone through the RMA setup process twice and have been given two reference numbers with a promise that I'd hear back from someone within 48 hours. If someone could please have them email me, I'll gladly reply with the two reference numbers they provided. I have a kit of cm2x2048-6400C5 that needs to be replaced and would very much appreciate getting this taken care of.

Ok, I think i know why I didn't hear from Corsair - something wrong with my mx record setup on my domain, so some email wasn't getting through. That should be resolved now, so if they could please contact me, I'd definitely appreciate it. Thanks!
