10+ days for RMA request and no response

Like many of the posters here, I submitted a support ticket over 10 days ago, and haven't heard any response back from customer service. The ticket is for RMA of faulty laptop memory, and the ticket number is 2000749142.

 

I sent a couple of followups after the ticket was opened. My last message said that this RAM module will be the last product that I buy from Corsair if they won't honor their warranty.

 

Can somebody from Corsair please look into this? Thank you.

Hopefully you'll get this looked into now you have posted on here. I posted on the 3rd about faulty ram sticks and my new replacement was delivered today.

 

Think there is an issue with the new system they are using and posting here gives them a bit of a nudge. They will honour the warranty though.
