VOID wireless Mic not working!!

So I was playing a game while on teamspeak earlier and my mic just suddenly stopped working. I have no idea why and no idea how to fix it, I have tried reinstalling CUE multiple time, I have tried reinstalliing windows and tried updating the firmware and pairing the headset and usb but nothing has worked. The headset works fine with sound and ingame sounds also hearing others is fine, the microphone is detected in the recording tab on my computer and says it is connected and ready to use. However the mic just does not work and picks up nothing when i try and speak into it and I have no clue what to do to get it working again. Any help would greatly appreciated thanks!
