Emilvd Posted November 29, 2014 Share Posted November 29, 2014 Hi guys I could really use some help, I've used my 2100 for about 6 months now without problems. But today i tried using it and it didn't work. The charging light is on all the time (even when not connected) And the power light (blue light) is constantly on when the headset is connected to my pc. But the biggest problem is that it says that my headset is connected, but audio is not working and the mic is not working. I've tried many things, for example if I try to turn off the headset nothing happens. I've tried with and without my charger in it and it makes no difference. I've tried updating my drivers (corsair headset driver and soundcard driver) and also my windows. I've also tried using the headset on my laptop but i got the same result. Nothing seems to work. Anyone know if I can do a FULL RESET of my headset? Or if there's any other thing I can do? Any help would be greatly apreciated Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
