  1. I returned my previous K100 Air and received a new one in warranty. This time, it types perfectly. No key chatter. And I did not update the firmware to the latest version. I want to test how it works. So, key chatter is a hardware problem.
  2. Yes, I had a K100 Air and returned it (not because of this). That top plastic is cheap and very easily to scratch, unfortunately. It is a shame for such high priced keyboard. I also have a K70 RGB Pro and it is higher quality. CORSAIR.... please make that top glass higher quality on K100 Air!!!
  3. Changed another keyboard and the problem still persists? 😞 Maybe it is a firmware problem, not a Cherry key problem.
  4. I have K100 Air for 3 weeks and has double typing key problems. So, yes, I think it is a common problem, unfortunately. :(( I have the latest firmware, reset with ESC, no iCue installed, disabled all Spell Checking in Windows and browser. The problem is with these german Cherry keys, I think.
  5. Yes, I have the K100 Air and has key double typing problems. Mine is doubling the leters "i" and "t" from time to time. I have this keyboard for 3 weeks and it was defective from the beginning. :(((
  6. Damaging the hardware with a piece of software is a serious problem. I hope this will not happen anymore.
  7. Understood. For example, I have Corsair DDR4 now. And iCue 5.1 installed. No problems. But, it happens...
  8. Hi, Why Corsair version 5 disappeared from download on this page? https://www.corsair.com/eu/en/s/downloads Thank you!
  9. Hi, I just bought a Sabre RGB PRO mouse. But the default DPI in Hardware Mode is too low. The mouse cursor moves slowly. I want to save Stage 5 in Hardware Mode as DEFAULT. But there is no such option. How can I save DPI Stage 5 as default? Thank you!
  10. I don't understand the table, but I understand the Disclaimer. I'll mount back the CPU and GPU cables. For motherboard I'll order from Corsair a separate Type 3 cable. Thank a lot for reading and writing to my topic!
  11. Yes, I think I'll order just the 24 pin cable Type 3. So... Can I use the other two Type 4 cables for my PSU? Will be OK?
  12. Hi! I have a Corsair HX850i since 2017... with ugly flat and hard cables. Today I bought Corsair Individually Sleeved Cables Starter Kit. These are Type 4 cables. I spent a lot of time changing the cables only to discover that my PSU is Type 3. I saw that CPU cable could fit. GPU cable could fit. Only the big motherboard 24-pin Type 4 couldn't fit into my Type 3 PSU. What should I do? Can I use the CPU and GPU cables even if they are Type 4 and can fit into my Type 3 PSU? I don't want to blow up the components. And the problem is that I can't find anymore Corsair individually sleeved Type 3 cables. What should I do? Thank you very much!
  13. I would like Corsair to make the next Glaive mouse with a detachable sensor lens... to be easily cleaned. After we clean it, we put it back. Without screws. My Glaive mouse is very sensitive to dust and I have to clean it often. With a flashlight I can see the dust between the sensor lens and the outside lens. It is hard to clean it. Maybe with a vacuum cleaner. But is unconfortable and it does not guarantee the cleaning. Corsair... please make a mouse with detachable sensor, so we can clean it easily... without using a screwdriver. It would be a very big plus.
  14. Anyone from Corsair... Please bring back the Lift Height option for mouse. Why it is removed now?
  15. Hi, Since the last 2 iCue updates, the Lift Height option for mouse in the Performance tab is removed. WHY??? I like low lift height and that's why I bought Corsair mouse! Please bring that option back.
