  1. Hi Hittman, To be honest none of their new products these days have gone through extensive QCs probably due to COVID-19 issue. Personally the hardware isn't the issue but more on the software configuration. Like for now the release of the new iCUE v4 series was to introduce the K65 RGB mini series keyboards. I understand Corsair is trying to push for newer products but at the same time they should understand that not everyone of us changes their product lineout in a daily manner... Also, sorry to hear that your nexus is still not working. No fret you just need to wait for awhile like i did before 2.26 version came out.
  2. I also had the same issues with you before i updated to 2.26. If you find that 2.26 still can't solve your issue despite the support line telling you to reinstall everything i suggest you don't plug in your nexus at the moment. Wait for a couple of new windows updates. If not, try ccleaner to flush out any registry issues. I do want to highlight although my nexus is working, but my new MM700 mousepad is having lighting freezing issues as well. My concern is the software issues, so imma hang around and wait. https://forum.corsair.com/forums/showthread.php?p=1085021#post1085021 I do have a X99 Asus board with the lighting synced to it. For now its not causing any issues. The main concern is the MSI dragon center which is a pain in the butt for now.... so tyep. Overall iCUE still needs work...
  3. Hi there, I have completely removed the MSI dragon center. I disabled the SDK as well, and my corsair dominator platinum lights stopped working :[pouts: . However, disabling the SDK doesn't work as well for the mousepad. It still freezes and the workaround is to close and open iCUE again. Hi valky1988, sorry to hear about your issue as well. The only workaround for me was to close and open iCUE again. Was your mousepad in solid red light as well?
  4. Hi there MADRGB, I tried the complete removal with the registry deletion. It is not working as well. The lighting still freezed after several minutes. In addition, my profiles had some minor issues (i did backup the profile but the lights from my ML140s didn't seem to pick up). I guess i can only wait for the latest update of iCUE.
  5. Hi all, I just purchased a MM700 mousepad to complete my rgb setup. Unfortunately within the first initial plug and continued use are the following issues with iCUE as of below: 1) The mousepad turns completely solid red after initial plug in, despite drivers installed. 2) RGB colors will freeze and completely stopped working in a matter of minutes. The only workaround was to close and open the iCUE software which is ridiculous. 3)Sometimes open and close does not work, i had to resort to unplug the usb header and i plugged in again. Solid red color comes back. With the above three issues i don't think that iCUE can help with the synchronized lighting for now for lighting link. Does anyone have any other solution? I did tried: 1) plugging to other ports (I have 10 usb ports, all the same issue) 2) plugging to usb hub with ac adapter 3) uninstalling the driver from control panel 4) restarting/shutdown (sometimes solid red light appears again) Please find my error logs as of below: https://www.dropbox.com/s/xg0tlaghpgn70bh/Log%20file%208Mar2021.zip?dl=0
  6. I think you might want to do a refund instead of RMA again. Personally if you can, see if you are able to change it to M65 pro or other wired options from Corsair. Wireless mouse so far i have tried Dark core pro seems like there is no issue to me ( i do own one of those). Hi Paul, previously i tried the 500hz option as well, it only worked for like say.. 20 mins? And then the stuttering and disconnecting happened again. So upon that i gave up and refunded the mouse instead. I plugged to all the available ports i have on my PC, be it back, front, usb extension ones, even the one on my K95, and on the monitor ports. All same problem :D: so I gave up instead hahaha. I am using M65 pro now.
  7. Hi ackfighter, Did you try it on other devices? E.g. if you have spare laptops etc. if those works and has no issue, im afraid that shall be on your device. Also, has your icue software been updated to the latest? You can also try other usb ports to see if that works. If the above doesn't help, i suggest you get a refund.
  8. Hi So updates as of below: I received another email to update both icue [3.33.246] and nexus [2.26] Overall software has no issues for me after installation. I have tested the 2.26 firmware for about 5 hours straight when i received the email. I am happy to report that there are not freezing nor hanging of the computer for now. Day 4 of use and still no issues. So overall updating the firmware to 2.26 and using latest iCue software should work if anyone sees this. Thanks all for the help! Unfortunately, you might need to remove some of the profiles if you have. So the steps below might help you but be warned that it will completely remove all the profiles you have done. So you might want to think twice before trying. 1. Open your computer's Control Panel. 2. Open the Programs and Features options. 3. Select Corsair Utility Engine in the list, and then select Uninstall. 4. Press Window Key + R to open the Run command. 5. Type %appdata% and press Enter. 6. Delete any Corsair folders in the window that pops up. 7. Return to the Run window and type %localappdata%. 8. Delete any Corsair folders in the window that pops up. 9. Open File Explorer and navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\. 10. Delete any Corsair folders in that folder. 11. Type Regedit in the Run window and then click OK. 12. Go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\ and delete the Corsair folder. 13. Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ and delete the Corsair folder. 14. Restart your computer.

  10. Hi Nick, My Software version was already 3.32.80 and it continues to crash til today. One of your colleagues, Ness has given me another new update which was 3.30.97. That didn't work either. Worst of the icue software kept having not responding issues and constantly freezes. And the icue nexus once plugs in freezes my computer, causing OC profile to fail for my BIOS.
  11. Seems like i have some friends now with a similar issue as of below link: https://forum.corsair.com/v3/showthread.php?t=199369 Let's hope corsair has a solution for this :(
  12. Hi all, In case anyone here who has the same issue. Just to update everyone, i have contacted Corsair on this matter. To my surprise there are similar users with the same issue as mentioned by them and that they will be have a firmware update soon. That's all i have.. So if anyone here who sees it, you might still get a 7 day refund from it.
  13. Surprisingly, the GPU LEDs still continue to function, while the rest of it froze and hanged with the computer. And yes i have submitted an enquiry directly to corsair and see what they have to say about this... then again it might be my own computer problem but i don't encounter anyone with the same issue as me for now (Maybe i am the only idiot who buys this kind of thing lol) Hi Devbiker, wow that was an amazing solution lol i still tried it as shown in the link. https://www.dropbox.com/s/1g5nn9xhzk4nilm/2020-08-27%2009.58.48.jpg?dl=0 Unfortunately, it froze too :D: But it took quite awhile (About 2 hours) before it froze. I hoped it was the USB passthrough issue from the K95, but unfortunately it isn't...
  14. Hi c-attack, thanks for the reply :) Basically when idle with nothing loaded it simply hangs and freezed. I am not even running anything at all. Basically my ram settings is at 3000mhz, it is perfectly fine with games and doing other tasks, i have thought initially it was ram issue, so i tried to down the ram frequency to 2800mhz instead. It still happened :( Every crash leads to OC failure instead of a memok or similar notice issue. I am really at a loss here...
  15. Hi there, I have a Corsair iCue Nexus and its plugged in the my K95 platinum for which the cable directly runs to the back of the mobo. However, after using it for like 5-10 mins, my computer suddenly freezes and hangs. I had to force shutdown my computer which led to OC failure. May I know what should i do to curb the issue? To confirm if its the Nexus's issue, i removed the nexus connection from the keyboard and there was no sign of hanging or freeze of my computer. My iCue version:3.32.80 My Nexus version: 2.2.5 Please find the system logs as of below: https://www.dropbox.com/s/467q41w1jh97bxj/26-Aug-2020%20log.zip?dl=0 Regards John
