Helium_

I received my Strafe Mk2 yesterday, only started using it today and my volume wheel is already broken on it. When scrolling through volume, on several occasions I would stop scrolling but the volume would continue changing and could not be stopped without restarting PC. Both being stuck on 100% volume and 0% volume has occurred. I have tried using my mouse to change the volume, but the volume just quickly goes back to what it was before.
