  1. Hey there! I just wanted to let you know that after following this guide, it worked! I'm going to bookmark this page, thank you so much for this.
  2. Hi, I'm currently on version 3.32.80 and everytime I try to update, my computer gets the BSOD. I've tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it, but something appears to be blocking the install to go through and I can't figure it out. I know for a fact it's iCue because I have to do a system restore each time and iCue always gets reverted to this version. I've read the FAQ to delete the Corsair file, that also does not work. https://forum.corsair.com/forums/showthread.php?t=176101 Anyone else have any ideas?
  3. After updating to iCUE v3.33.246, it keeps making my windows unbootable. I have to remain at the former version in order to boot windows. Anyone else having this issue?
  4. @Corsair Nick Can you address this as well? iCue is condensing Dolby Atmos / Windows Spatial from 8ch to 2ch.
  5. Can confirm that Spatial Sound does work with this new update, I've been using the workaround for the time being. However, it only allows the Corsair Virtuoso to have 2 channel format based on the sound settings. With iCue completely uninstalled, it's 8 channel. This is still an improvement, but unfortunately it is still locking down this headset's full potential.
  6. Can confirm as well but unfortunately it's only 2 channel format under the sound settings. With iCue entirely uninstalled, it's 8 channel format. Still, this is a good improvement.
  7. I'm actually going to re-write this in a grammatically correct format: 1. Open iCue and disable "Start on system start up", then exit iCue. 2. With your Corsair headset plugged in, Open Device Manager > Audio input and outputs> Right click your Corsair headset > Properties > Uninstall Device. Next go to Sound, video and game controllers > Right click your Corsair headset > Uninstall device 3. Open Control Panel > Devices and Printers > Right click your Corsair headset > Remove device 4. Reboot your computer and unplug your Corsair headset. To automatically install the driver, plug in your Corsair headset via USB. If that doesn't work, redo steps 2 and 3 and right click "Scan for changed devices" in Device Manager to manually reinstall the driver. 6. Replug in your Corsair headset via USB and open the Dolby Access app to set up your headset under "Products". 7. Left click the sound icon on the task bar and select your Corsair headset. Then right click the icon > Spatial sound > Enable Dolby Atmos for headphones if not already enabled 8. Open iCue, disable 7.1 surround on your Corsair headset (to not conflict with Dolby Atmos) and re-enable "Start on system start up". This got Dolby Atmos working for my Corsair Virtuoso SE.
  8. Corsair just announced it today: [ame] [/ame]
  9. Added a photo for the Corsair Hydro Platinum AIO manual for reference. As you can see, the front of the manual shows it's for the H100i and H115i Platinum series. However, if you look at the manual for the Pro XT, you'll see an additional radiator for the H150i. It appears the 360mm rad is coming back with this new line up.
  10. The link is still active, maybe had to refresh a few times. I think the funniest part is that the product has no official announcement yet, not even listed on the products page on Corsair and yet Newegg claims it's in stock and ready to ship. Imagine the views one would get if one of the tech YouTubers got their hands on one super early.
  11. Just saw this on Newegg while browsing, it was added on to their site Dec 23 2019. Only the 240mm is up at the moment, it seems like a black version of the Platinum series. The ML fans also don't appear they have RGB anymore, hence the cheaper price tag. This is a good move from Corsair in my opinion because not everyone wants the ML RGB fans, this will save buyers a lot of money. https://www.newegg.ca/corsair-icue-h100i-rgb-pro-xt-liquid-cooling-system/p/N82E16835181190 Based on one of the attached pictures, it looks like the 360mm rad is making a return based on the manual. It mentions the manual is for the H100i, H115i and H150i Pro XT. This would be great news for some because Corsair oddly enough did not release a 360mm rad for their current Platinum line up this year. 01/06/20 - Trailer released: [ame] [/ame] There have been several reports that the H150i has not been released yet and are experiencing production delays. Only the H100i and H155i are currently available for sale.
  12. I too am still waiting for this release. I am assuming it should be around this time since this was when the H150i Pro was released last year.
  13. Any follow up? I'm going to take a wild guess it'll be released by January or so, since that would be the 1 year mark of the H150i PRO announcement.
