  1. Hi, I have a Corsair Obsidian case with four fans plugged into the commander pro. I had this system for almost two years now and it has always been very quiet, even in demanding games. A couple months ago, I noticed that my fans were getting much louder in games and sometimes even while the machine was idle. I went in and cleaned the dust out of the machine, cleaned the fans off -- it made no difference. I'll be playing a game and the fans start racing for 5-10 seconds, then they slow down. Their RPM reaches nearly double that which I'm setting for them in the fan curve. I have max RPM set to 1000 and they're going up to almost 2000 RPM at times. In ICUE, I have the fans set to respond to the CPU temperature -- and the CPU is well within operating limits. It very seldom heats up beyond 50 °C. So, I have no idea why the fans are periodically doubling the RPM limit I have set for them in the fan curve, especially when there is nothing in the system that is overheating. Everything is up to date, everything is operating well within temperature limits. Anyone know why this happening? Why are the fans ignoring the ICUE fan curve limit?
  2. Hi, I've used Corsair products with iCue over the last year without issue However, for the past few weeks, I have a reoccurring issue with iCue creating three profiles on its own and then automatically switching to one of them while I'm in the middle of gaming. The profiles it creates and switches to are titled as the following, IRONCLAW RGB HW 1 IRONCLAW RGB HW 2 IRONCLAW RGB HW 3 It doesn't matter how many times I delete these profiles, they come back as soon as the computer restarts. As for the automatic switching to a different profile, there's no pattern to it or a specific game that will trigger it. Some days it doesn't happen at all and some days it happens multiple times. I've uninstalled and reinstalled iCue, and I have it completely up to date. Any ideas on how I can fix this? It's very frustrating.
