  1. I wouldn't hold my breath. If it wasn't for needing the scimitar pro I'd be ditching corsair products all together. As is I have ordered the new Lian-Li Unifans to replace all the corsair crap in my case.
  2. When this issue also shuts down your mouse and keyboard while it happens, it's more than a minor annoyance. The only minor annoyance is that every time it happens it shuts off ALL the RGB in my case, causing it to flicker, turn off, go to rainbow puke mode for a minute before going back to normal, which is distracting. This issue only started when I installed the Commander Pro so yes, I blame that exclusively. When I spend $100 on something that ended up disrupting my games every 40 minutes or so at least, it goes beyond the realm of the minor problem. Stop making excuses for Corsair shipping a faulty product. Thankfully I have finally recieved shipping confirmation on my new Unifans from Lian-Li so I will be able to rip that piece of **** commander pro out of my case for good soon. And never again buy a corsair product, because this is beyond a joke that we have had complete radio silence on this problem from Corsair for over a year now.
  3. Ah thanks. Like I said the problem was that I was using armory crate to control my ram LED's and that was creating problems.
  4. I have an ASUS 2060 in my PC and with the last icue update it now detects that and messes with the RGB. The problem with this is that it now screws up armory crate and thats what I use to control the RGB on my RAM (g.skill trident neo kit). So is there any way to stop this **** from happening? Because there really should be.
  5. I have the same motherboard and it happens with my commander pro. Even with the NZXT hub. In the end I had to go into power setting and turn off USB power saving. EDIT: Literally within 4 seconds of hitting send on this reply it happened again.
  6. I have been having this issue for ages. First with a z270x 7700k build, and now with an x570 3900x build. This is clearly a copro issue. I am going to try the internal USB hub fix as that seems to work. This being said: I will never buy a corsair product after this given the shoddy nature of the Commander Pro. Something that after spending $100 on I will now have to spend another $40 to actually make it work.
  7. If this works maybe you could also do a "For Dummies" explanation of how to do it for those of us for whom that last sentence may as well have been mandarin. It does on the face of it appear to be a commander pro issue though.
  8. So I have turned on logs for the last week, covering about 20 crashs, the most recent one crashed my entire PC. Where do I upload them?
  9. Do you have a commander pro? A lot of us have problems after installing a commander pro.
  10. I doubt it. I'm new to these forums but from what I have seen corsair seems content to post one comment in a thread and then disappear.
  11. Yes I had the same issue with todays update. But that's not what this is about. And the update appears to have fixed NOTHING with my actual problem.
  12. So I have been having this issue ever since I installed my Commander Pro. This is NOT an x570 issue. My specs: Intel Core i7 7700k Gigabyte Auros z270 Gaming 5 Mobo Corsair RM850i PSU Rog Strix 2060 OC Corsair vengence DDR4 32GB (2X16) 2133Mhz NZXT x72 Kraken Lian-Li 011D XL case Commander Pro with 6 LL120 fans connected to it. I am having the same issues with everything related to iCue shutting down for 4-5 seconds every hour or so. This include my keyboard (k70), mouse (scimatar) and headphones. Now this only started happening when I began using the commander pro. I upgraded my case to something smaller (I was using the old Cosmos II) and decided to treat myself to some RGB. Aside from the case the only new things in my PC are the copro and the fans. I have the AIO using one of the internal USB 2.0 ports, and the copro in the other, with the USB pass through on the PSU hooked up to the copro. Now, because I use all corsair peripherals, every hour or so when playing games I lose control for 4-5 seconds. I play wow and do a lot of mythic plus. This is more than a few dead keys. It's disappointing to see corsair apparently content to ignore this problem.
  13. Ok so I just want to do this for a sanity check, I posted a separate thread about this (I think). So the issue is that the whole iCue software just stops dead for 4-5 seconds. Fans go insane and any peripherals stop dead? Because this is what happens to me, and I am using all corsair peripherals, which just cost me a horrific vision in World of Warcraft when I lost complete control due to everything resetting mid boss fight.
  14. So since I updated to the most recent version of iCue I have been consistently having a problem with The software seemingly shutting down completely for a few seconds every hour or so. The ends up turning off my keyboard (K70), mouse (scimitar), headset (virtuoso) and turning off the RGB of the 6 LL120's I have in my case.
