If you're like the rest of us with a x570 mobo I can almost guarantee it won't stop. But goodluck. apparently the only thing we can do is get a usb hub.

Guessing yours is a similar issue due to the x570 mobo like the reat of us. I have a similar build but a bit less powerful parts. Haha. 500d, x570, 3700x, 2080s. Corsair will replace the copro if you put in a ticket. Although others have done this and doesnt really solve anything. but in your case it might be defective. My issue is it disconnects every 5-10 min sometimes. Flickering my rgb and it also interrupts my mouse movements. Terrible when you're playing a game.

I've never had hwinfo installed and happened from the start. Guessing no one has any new info on this?

I didn't do anything new but I was playing skyrim for a good 50 hours and didn't have it happen for a few weeks. The other day it happened over and over. This is so annoying. Hopefully they get this fixed soon.

I just got a response yesterday from my ticket. They just told me to do a fresh install of icue. I even linked them to two of the threads here. Well hopefully they're doing what they told you.

I agree. I've watched it dissapear in icue then pop back on. It freezes certain games on me and cuts sound on almost every game.

I'm having the same issue and stated so in another thread. has anyone figured this out yet? pretty sad that a fan controller is legit ruining my brand new build for me.

anyone figure anything out on this? it freezes my games and sounds for a good 3-5 seconds. its crazy annoying. i'll probably open a ticket with corsair but i don't think that's gonna help me as it hasn't helped anyone else.

My first post here and almost identical setup! I kept hearing the discon sound and couldn't figure out what it was. My first pc build btw. but this time i had icue launched on my second screen and saw that the commander disappeared on me. pretty annoying. actually just happened as i was typing. and my fan lights turn off as well. (6 LL120)
