  2. So every time I want them to reply to me, I have to write here about it? One reply per week for 3 weeks already I still have no status of what’s happening with my headset. Last time I heard back from your team was on 16th and 6th of November.

  4. Agree with you ! I became fan of corsair products very recently, bought 1 LL fan,liked quality and style a lot, then another 6 ML fans with led strips ,then h150i. I thought lets try headset. while it came defected, i do not blame them, but i hope they will fix it and make even better. any first revision of products most likely to come with some sort of defects, as they are raw, and people didnt have chance to test it for long. Hopefully they will collect all the feedback. I really love this headset and don't want any other at the moment, it's very stylish, even though they are a bit small for me.

  6. Greetings Nick, It is a bit different. I bought them in German online shop and they were delivered to my friend in Berlin, he then brought them to me to Russia. Now, I am confused how to ship and return them. I found out that there are no Corsair Service Centers in Russia. I would appreciate any tips you give to me please. Shall I still do the way you told me? It is my first time returning items in whole life :bigeyes:
  7. Hello everyone, I am new to corsair audio products, that is my first wireless headset. So i received headset today, after I plugged it to my PC via USB mode, i found out that right ear doesn't play sound at all. I have checked all settings- all fine. Tried 3.5 & wireless modes - same, not working. I plugged my sennheiser all good, can hear in both ears. Any tips where shall i look to? or its 100% just broken headset that needs to be returned? Thank you in advance ;): P.S. tried with iphone - same :(
