  1. We need the option to disable certain iCUE services. For example: Corsair gaming headset drivers, Corsair Gaming Audio Configuration Service I don't have a gaming headset. Why is this running? Corsair.Service.CpuidRemote, for pc metrics I believe? This runs at .3% utilization non stop. I'm not using "Dashboard" or "iCUE Space" so this doesn't need to be running. Corsair.Service.DisplayAdapter, Screen Cap? Please include a disable button for these or properly code them to not run when the services aren't being used in a release sometime close in the future. For the time being I've just deleted all the files from the directory. Thanks
  2. OK well i figured it out.. it will only allow the speed-step to activate and run speedstep like it should when either i completely close icue or i have the power mode set to balanced. idk why but power saver, high performance and ultimate performance stay at max turbo frequencies. Is the software only set for the balanced power profile?
  3. I did. Minimum CPU utilization is at 0% and max is 100%. Like i said, as soon as i shut icue off it works like it should. when i boot it back up the frequency jumps back to max and will stay at turbo speeds.
  4. with debug loggin onSpeedStepNotWorking1.zip
  5. CPU doesn't down clock as it should with the Intel speed step. As soon as i close icue.exe the clocks drop and function normally. PM if you need anything further.SpeedStepNotWorking.zip
  6. It only effecting core 1 thread 0 on my cpu
