10 Good
  1. So after a few weeks of usage. I am still needing to use the button on the side of the headset to reactivate the sidetone.
  2. Hi Nick, So far so good. It looks like this addresses the issue. Thanks.
  3. I am still having the same issue on iCue v 3.33.246. I have to unmute and mute about 10 times before the sidetone will stay on.
  4. This is their support department giving you a task to perform that might work temporarily. I have also tried this yielding no permanent fix. Of course many of these headsets are out of warranty, but like you said, this issue has been happening since they were new. I know mine has. The first time I posted on this thread was almost 2 YEARS AGO. At this point I wish that a Corsair representative would just come out and say this issue won't be resolved. That way I don't feel the need to check back for more information.
  5. It is very unfortunate because the Void Pro is such a great piece of hardware.
  6. Pretty incredible isn't it? Just updated icue v 3.23.66 I will report back after some usage.
  7. The issue still persists. Maybe some people at Corsair have something to say about this? It has been a long while.
  8. Just updated to iCue 3.11.114. Will see if this update has a fix for this issue.
  9. Updated to iCue 3.10.125. Let's see if this software update fixes this issue. I will report back here in a week or so after some normal use.
  10. Still no fix for this about 9 months later. I build computers and make suggestions on what peripherals to buy to my family and friends. I do not think I can reliably make a recommendation for this headset any longer, considering the lack of support.
