  1. You guys most definitely should implement such a service when the 3000 series RTX cards release. We can’t all afford to buy a whole new system every few years. I’m sure many of us would pay a fair premium for such a service.
  2. Thanks for posting this, very interesting. I wonder if I’ll have the balls or stupidity, depending on if it’s a success, to attempt this when the 3080ti releases.
  3. I’m not the only one to have experienced poor WiFi signal on my Corsair One. I have read many posts in the past with people having such issues with these great machines. However, as great as they are, the WiFi antennas provided buy Corsair are cheap, tiny, flimsy rubbish that can’t hold a decent signal at all, FULL STOP! Seriously, I have antennas that will turn your WiFi signal into a NASA rocket ship. The only regret I have is that I didn’t find these sooner, I just wish Corsair would provide antennas as good as these or at the very least advise people to buy them as an extra if they want a superior WiFi signal. Or should I say, just a WiFi signal that just damn well works, and works perfectly may I add. 100% of the time! If you are having WiFi issues at all, or even if you are not, But you are still using the antennas provided by Corsair, I can guarantee you that you will get a far, far better signal using the Silverstone WAD17 Dual band WiFi Black High Gain Dipole Antennas. Please make sure to purchase the magnetic bases as well. The difference is night and day, and you will experience absolute maximum power from your router 100% of the time. Thank me later. 😎 https://www.scan.co.uk/products/silverstone-sst-wad17-high-gain-dual-band-wifi-antenna-sma-plug-rp-dipole-black https://www.scan.co.uk/products/sst-wab1b-silverstone-wifi-antenna-circular-magnetic-base-for-wireless-antenna-150cm-cable-black
  4. Baronmind, allow me to advise you on a solution that could potentially work wonders for you. Is your i160 next to your router or in a different room? Just wondering. I have mine I’m a different room, and let me tell you, the WiFi antenna’s provided with the Corsair One are complete and utter garbage. Why on Earth they have produced such a fantastic machine but provided us all with WiFi that literally doesn’t work properly I’ll never know. It would be interesting to know what your broadband speed test is showing on the i160 and then similarly on your mobile phone? I was having similar issues to you, an internet that was showing up as connected but not really working. I would have to reset the connection or the computer many times just to get a sluggish connection working. Not all off the time, but much of the time. Eventually I got so fed up with it I decided to do some research to see if I could find better antennas for a stronger signal. I am providing the links below, and let me tell you right now, the difference between the tiny, flimsy, cheap garbage antennas that Corsair provide with the i160 and these Silverstone WAD17 Dual band WiFi Black High Gain Dipole Antenna‘s is like night and day. Please do make sure to buy the Silverstone WAB1B WiFi Magnetic Antenna Black Base for WiFi/Wireless Antenna for them. I assure you, you will achieve maximum power from your router to your i160 and will never look back. https://www.scan.co.uk/products/silverstone-sst-wad17-high-gain-dual-band-wifi-antenna-sma-plug-rp-dipole-black https://www.scan.co.uk/products/sst-wab1b-silverstone-wifi-antenna-circular-magnetic-base-for-wireless-antenna-150cm-cable-black Thank me once you’ve purchased these and connected them. You will see what I’m talking about.
  5. Doesn’t seem the worst idea, cheers.
  6. Hi, Could someone from Corsair advise me on what paint to buy to spray a small scratch on the edge of the case? I’ll cover the surrounding area as tightly as possible. Thanks
  7. Hey Queeg, thanks very much for the tip. That does actually help a lot just turning the WiFi on and off for ten seconds. Bit strange should even have to do that, but it’s done the trick. Thanks!!
  8. I tell a lie, this morning I thought reinstalling the driver had fixed it. But upon using the internet again this afternoon, it’s back to be very, very slow. Can barely even load a webpage and I’ve tried updating the driver also, no joy. So that’s me completely clueless now... any ideas what I can try next? Any help greatly appreciated.
  9. I’ve fixed it. As simple as uninstalling and reinstalling the WiFi driver.
  10. I must point out, that all of my other devices are working perfectly. TV, phone and tablet.
  11. Hi, I’m suffering with a WiFi connection on my i160 so slow, it’s painful. I’m getting around 2mbs download speeds and the web pages take ages to navigate. It’s absolutely abysmal. I confess I’m no expert, any ideas what’s the best way to about getting this fixed please? Thanks
  12. Hi, Could a Corsair rep please let me know if I buy the i160 from the UK website that it does indeed ship from within the UK? I am just worried if it comes from abroad it could incur import taxes. https://www.corsair.com/uk/en/Categories/Products/Systems/CORSAIR-ONE/CORSAIR-ONE-GAMING-PC/p/CS-9020003-UK Thanks in advance.
  13. After the release of the Ryzen 3000. Can we expect a reduction in price for the Corsair ONE?
  14. The new Valve Index HMD has the virtual link port. https://store.steampowered.com/app/1072830/VirtualLink_USBC_Adapter_for_Valve_Index_Headset/ It’s a shame a £3400 PC in the i160 doesn’t. Time for an upgrade perhaps Corsair??
