I got nothing but troubles since I bought your products and installed the ICUE software. (this has been going on for a good 6 years now, and across multiple hardware upgrades). It all started with the first Corsair keyboard i purchased and the ICUE software. Mainly the firmware updates did not work. I already made a topic regarding this, but never got a decent anwser from Corsair or anybody for that matter. about 3 years ago, I upgraded my k70 rapidfire for a k70 rgb mk2, in the hopes the issues I had with your software would resolve itself after purchasing a brand new keyboard. guess what, i got more problems and issues with ICUE now. 90% of the time on startup, the keyboard does not get reconized by your software. It works fine and all, but the software somehow refuses to reconize it. Restarting the whole damn pc does not solve the issue all the time, as well as restarting the ICUE software does not solve the issue all the time. Also bought a new mouse, m65 pro rgb, and it also happens way to often the mouse does not get detected properly with your software. I bought corsair products so I could manage all my hardware into one app, but it's so damn bad I'm seriously considering changing over all my corsair hardware so I could get rid of your incapable software. It's so damn annoying! Why does this stuff not work as intended?? What's in the ICUE software? - H110 GTX watercooler - works absolutely fine with ICUE - M65 Pro RGB mouse - works 90% of the time with your software - K70 RGB MK2 - works 10% of the time with your software. Even after restarting ICUE or my entire system

I wanna confirm with the latest ICUE build, the issue is gone, and I was able to update my K70 Rapidfire keyboard to firmware verson 3.08

So I have the K70 Rapidfire (NON RGB), but as long as I can remember having this keyboard, I cannot update the firmware via iCUE. I get a popup on iCUE there is a new firmware available (3,08), but everytime when I press update, the update aborts before even starting, giving me a 'failed update' message and throwing the keyboard off the program in the process. I have to close down iCUE completely and restart in order to get the the K70 reconized again. And still I get the popup for 3,08 firmware update, since it failed previous attempts. Things I tried: - I made sure the K70 Rapidfire was supported by iCUE by looking at THIS topic - Restarting iCUE - Restarting PC - Replugging the keyboard - Updating iCUE to latest build - Set the bios switches on the keyboard from 1 to 2, 4, 8 and trying updating - I also tried updating via device manager - Tried out a few previous builds from iCUE to see if it's a compatibility issue with newest version - ... In previous attempts to find an anwser to this issue, IIRC, there were a few post from other members that had the same issue, but I can't seem to find them right now. I also recall having an admin or moderator anwsering said topic they will look into it. Hence the reason I left it as it was as i thought you guys were gonna fix the issue in iCUE builds to come. But meanwhile we are some time passed, loads of new iCUE updates, but non that fixes the bug I'm talking about. Note: The kyeboard works just fine in the firmware version it is in right now, I can customize as you normally would with a K70 Rapidfire. Note: I have a Corsair Scimitar mouse and a H110iGTX liqued cooler that works fine with iCUE, and updates do work on them. Can somebody give me an anwser to this issue? Kind regards Kevin BE
