I'll also note, if anyone reads this, that the cooler doesn't show in device manager or USBDeview. And yes the USB header works because I can plug in my front USB header and have a working USB drive.

I'm having the same issue with my H80i V2 and I tried these steps and it didn't work. Still looking around for a solution that works for me.

I built a new computer this weekend and took my H80i from my old build into my new one. My new computer is using Windows 10 64bit, AMD 2600X, Asus Crosshair VI Extreme. No matter what i've done I can't get my AIO to show in corsair link. I've reseated the USB header and 3 pin connector to the motherboard. I've installed older versions of corsair link. I tried installed the iCUE or whatever it's called and nothing works. Any ideas on where to start to try and fix this issue?
