  1. I was just coming back to report the same thing! I'm dumb, and I was using CKB even though my keyboard isn't RGB. When I first got my K70, the Option and Command keys were swapped. This drove me nuts, so I tried to remap them in the System Preferences. But for some reason, that wouldn't work. So I searched for a driver and found CKB. Installed it, used it to remap, and it worked great. With the Sierra glitches, I gave up and put the K70 in my closet. But then I read someone asking, "Do you need CKB if your keyboard is only one color?" Someone said no. But I ignored it because I remembered the key remapping issue I had. But that had me thinking...I deleted CKB and rebooted. The Shift + Click worked again. Fully functional keyboard, except for the swapped Opt and Cmd. I opened the Modifier Keys settings in System Preferences. I just noticed THERE'S A "SELECT KEYBOARD" DROPDOWN, WHERE I HAD TO CHOOSE "CORSAIR K70R GAMING KEYBOARD"!!!!!!!!!!!!! That's why it wasn't working before. So my modifier keys are mapped properly. It works great! I'm so happy. I was just about to sell it.
  2. My dev friend suspects that they're gearing up to produce keyboards with 3D touch. Like, instead of holding shift to capitalize, you'll just press harder - stuff like that. PM me if you find a good alternative.
  3. When I first plugged my K70 in, the modifier keys weren't remapping properly. So I found CKB, and it worked great after that. Good memories. If you are trying to use a Corsair keyboard on a Mac and you're able to return it, I suggest you do so. It's only a matter of time before you'll have to upgrade to Sierra, and then it won't work properly. So Mac users can flock to their forums to discuss this unofficial Mac driver that they've been leeching from, but we can't ask about alternatives when said driver is broken?
  4. Well, if you fix it, share please. I'm sure a lot of people would donate to the cause. Otherwise, I might just sell my K70 and purchase the next best thing that has true macOS support. Anyone know good alternatives?
  5. Is Corsair ever going to support macOS officially? They've been benefitting from the kindness of strangers long enough. Look at all these people who bought their keyboards because a friendly developer made it compatible for FREE. Seriously, it would take their dev team a day to come up with something. I paid for this (expensive) keyboard, and now it's collecting dust. If you haven't upgraded to Sierra yet, don't. I'm back to my old flat Apple keyboard, and I'm not happy about it. Countless other weird bugs too.
