  1. They are busy updating there new headsets with newer drivers... seems like they could care less for us. How are we not able to use the CUE? Should that software be for ALL your head sets! This is just starting to be slap in the face.
  2. I have been also trying to get an update for months now. They do not care to respond within this thread. I have the v1500's and want to get the updated software ASAP. This is a joke they release newer headsets with newer drivers and do not allow for the older headset owners to use newer drivers.

  7. Totally agree with this guy... the support here is just lacking. We have a new version of windows also on the horizon, so maybe they are busy working with a new set for Win10 (wishful thinking on my part, ha). Come on guys, any update/news of an update being worked on?

  12. So far so good. It is louder then the other releases. I have to use lower volumes to achieve the same level. The sound other then that seems better, the bass is also not as distorted as before. I will post here if I can think of anything more. I still mute the mic and line IN under sound properties to get the best/hiss free experience.
