  1. Evidently no one cares to address the issue. Another reason why I'm happy I never bought into the whole Corsair lighting system. The only Corsair products I have are 3 Corsair fans, two of which go with their AIO, and their RGB RAM, though I bought those for the specs, not RGB. If it wasn't for the need to control my AIO cooler, I'd dump the software. For now, I'm stuck with it, and all its error producing issues.
  2. No one has this issue? Or no one can answer what's going on
  3. Windows 11 Pro RTM (also Windows 10 Pro 21H2). Corsair version 4.16.194. Corsair H115 RGB Platinum; Corsair DDR4 RGB Dominator Platinum, Corsair ML RGB fan. On Windows 11 (and Windows 10) under Reliability History, near every day I get a "corsair.service stopped working error. This has been an on-going issue for quite some time with both iCUE version 3 and 4, and under at least two different Windows operating systems (10 & 11). Any thoughts on why this continually happens??? Thanks.
  4. Out of curiosity, was the package you bought sealed? And where did you get the kit from?
  5. Hey jvickers, welcome to Corsair forums. I'd suggest you create your own thread to get more looks and possibly a faster answer. As you already know I don't have an answer for this issue, so... Dru2 🙂
  6. I'm running the Windows 11 RTM version (22000.258) on the system in my system spec and all my Corsair products (H115i RGB AIO, Corsair ML RGB fan, Corsair Dominator RGB RAM) show up just fine under iCUE 4.16.194 and is working without issue.
  7. Hey man thanks! Hardware lighting did the trick. Thank you 🙂
  8. iCUE version 4.16.194 Does anyone know how to set a static color as permanent – meaning even when iCUE doesn’t start, the set color remains? This feature was available with the old iCUE software. This new look iCUE software seems to have removed that feature. Currently, I have my iCUE products (RAM, Rear RGB fan, and H115i RGB AIO) set to a static color or red. However, if I close or prevent iCUE from starting up upon reboot, the colors revert to a default rainbow setting. I’d like that default setting to still be red. How to solve? The reason I don’t want iCUE to startup is cause I consistently get a “corsair.service” stopped working error in Windows “Reliability History” panel. Thanks.
  9. Edit: Fixed, did have to untick and tick the box... the difference is restarting iCUE service for each action - untick, restart iCUE service, tick, restart iCUE service. And yeah, add drives in dashboard. Thanks.
  10. Did you guys remove support for temp readings on HDD/SSD drives? It was working in the past, but now I notice in version 3.37.140 (which I've had a while) the temps no longer shows for my SSD drives (only have SSDs in my system (5))
  11. Thanks for the reply. The problem is I'm doing exactly what you said, but as I said, those procedures no longer work. Hasn't worked for the last 3-4 iCUE updates. Currently running iCUE 3.34.161. BTW it seems my Corsair ML RGB Fans using the Corsair RGB lighting hub, as well as my Corsair H115i RGB Platinum AIO with the included RGB fans running off the cooler, are running off the same channel - using your posted procedures also affects RGB fans, and AIO cooler and fans. And yes, this is in using the Dominator Platinum tab (settings). I suspect the memory LED issue has to do with all the other added LED items... RGB fan/lighting hub, H115i RGB cooler. Wasn't running all that when I first got the RAM and as stated, the procedures did work. Edit: here a previous post where I pointed out the fix didn't work - https://forum.corsair.com/v3/showthread.php?p=1053339#post1053339 What am I missing? Thanks.
  12. Hi, I've a 4-Dimm kit of Corsair's RGB DOMINATOR DDR4 PLATINUM MEMORY (32GB - 4X 8GB) (CMT32GX4M4K3600C16) with the capelex LED's. When I first got the modules a year ago, I was able to have the LED's go dark when the PC went to sleep. Now no matter what I do, the modules stays lit in RED whenever the PC sleeps. ICUE has no effect there. How do turn off or use the static black for sleep mode? Thanks.
  13. Sadly I have to report I too have an issue where my RAM's RGBLED's stay light during sleep mode. That after finagling with the iCUE software the LED's are still lit but it's an color despite choosing a static color of Black for the lighting profile. I'm running the 3.30.97 version of iCUE. Anyway the issue seems to have popped up after swapping my H115i Pro with the H115i RGB Platinum AIO.
  14. A bit late for a reply, so this is for future reference. With that, you need to "disable" full software control for the lights to go off during sleep mode. See post #56 - https://forum.corsair.com/v3/showthread.php?p=1031111#post1031111 I can verify it works. Good luck.
  15. First off I have the Dominator Platinum RGB modules and have no issues with them. I've had mine since January of this year. My system. Anyway I believe you'll need to send a copy of your receipt "before" you get the RMA approved. You can always call and ask. No need to hold onto dead modules. And you're creating your own bitterness by not following up. Good luck.
