  1. Don't know if anyone still having the issue will find this helpful at all. But I had to update to the latest version (3.31.81). I had been using an older version since I got a RAM detection bug and high cpu usage when using ICUE. Due to the fact that I also have Armoury crate installed. But even with that unistalled I got the same bugs in ICUE. I monitored this today and with the new version ICUE uses 6.0% of my CPU, in fairness it's probably due to it detecting the Mobo and Graphics card in the new version. But it always seems to eventually break for me anyway. What has currently worked for me is simply deleting the ASUS folder from C:\Program Files (x86)\Corsair\CORSAIR iCUE Software\plugins so that it can't see the MOBO and Card anymore. I am aware it's not really a fix, but it works for me and my CPU usage from ICUE is down to about 1-2% which is better than it was. So I hope someone finds this helpful. I still wish I knew why I get so many bugs even If I uninstall Armoury crate and have just ICUE but hey ho :)
  2. I've been having this issue since updating too 3.29.110. Really annoying. I ended up having to revert back to version 3.20.80 as it was the only install I could find, I know it's a long shot but do you have the download for 3.24 at all? I'd like to get on a newer version then this ideally but without the RAM bug.
  3. In case anyone is having this problem. It came back with a vengeance today and nothing I did, reboots reinstall, following Corsairs tutorial for a plugin to detect the motherboard would fix it. I've just given up and gone back to a much older version of the software, for now, version 3.2.80 Ideally I would have liked to not go back so far. But I couldn't find a newer older version that didn't look like Malware links XD On the off chance anyone is also having this issue I've linked the post that I was able to download the old software from http://downloads.corsair.com/Files/CUE/iCUESetup_3.20.80_release.msi Hopefully Corsair fix this soon as I never had a single problem in ICUE before this
  4. Has anyone else started to have issues with ICUE and Vengeance Pro RAM not being detected recently? I've found lots of threads for this from 2019 The last few days I've either had a red triangle and then on restarting ICUE the RAM is not detected anymore, or it is detected but eventually stops responding to any sort of input, despite ICUE showing that the colour is changing. I did a firmware update on the RAM this morning and it seems slightly better, in that when I kill ICUE through task manager and restart it does pick up the RAM. Whereas before only restarting the PC fixed it. Not sure what the issue is as even when the RAM is not detected the lights stay on the static colour they are set too in my profile. I'm on version 3.29.1110 and as far as I'm aware had no issues before the update. Thanks
  5. Hi All, Not sure if anyone is still having this issue. I was having it on my PC after messing around with some settings in ICUE. Mine was being caused by my "Hardware Lighting" Setting having defaulted back to Rainbow as opposed to the static colour I had it set too, just like I have set in the "lighting channel" section. I've set them both to the same colour and static as they were before and this appears to have fixed the issue for me, so hopefully this will help some people out. Thanks
