  1. Both my GPU and CPU are being cooled by an AIO, one for each, the pump is on a fixed speed so that's that, but there are fans on the radiator and one fan directly on the VRMs (GPU's not MB), and yes they reset to the CPU every update. And I wanted to use the temp sensors, but there isn't any guide or anything on the internet, and I don't want to accidentally damage anything.
  2. My graphics card built in sensors, and it normally stays under 76c under heavy load, it got up to 98c because of it. I didn't connect any sensors to the commander pro.
  3. I have the commander pro and after each update (this is the second time) my sensor selection for fan curves resets on each profile, it causes my GPU to overheat and it's really bad. Why is that happening?
  4. Hi ! I've got an issue with my keyboard that has been going on for a while, it's the LEDs, whenever I restart my PC (most of the times, not every time), my keyboard doesn't get recognized by iCUE. the issue it causes is, that the keyboard defaults to red and white LEDs and I don't have the 'CAPS LOCK' LED and I never know when it's active or not >< I can still use the keyboard and everything works though. I tried: - Different USB ports (3.1, 3.0, rear and front. I don't have 2.0) - Delaying iCUE on startup - Closing and opening iCUE - Force re-installing the keyboard's firmware *Note on the USB ports, I tried about 3-4 ports, not every port* Nothing changed it, but in order to detect the keyboard and the LEDs and everything, I have to manually disconnect the cable and reconnect it. I also tried navigating through the BIOS (Gigabyte z390 m) and device manager to see if there's anything related to power that may affect anything, I didn't find anything interesting there. My OS is Windows 10 Pro (latest version, formatted 2 months ago), and every chipset driver + BIOS is updated, iCUE and the keyboard are updated as well. Also another thing to note about iCUE, I got a Commander Pro and a PSU, both are getting detected no problem. Does anyone know how to approach it? Thanks. !
  5. I just wanted to give an update, that I got an amazing support from Corsair, thank you so much, I'm so glad that most of my PC parts and Peripherals are made by you guys, and I'm not an ad >< Truly grateful, and can't get over it :) thank you thank you thank you !!
  6. I do have the 2 year warranty and opened an active ticket, right now I'm waiting for a response, in any case, thanks Mike
  7. I bought the Corsair T2 almost a year ago and it arrived broken, I contacted the store and they refused replacement and ignored my request for 45 days until they finally decided to take the chair, of course I provided proof of the chair side arm cover broken while in the original package and nylons. One day after I picked up the chair with the new part replacement(they refused to replace the chair...) it just fell off and I couldn't attach it to it's place like it's not compatible with the chair, I gave up on it because I wasn't in the mood to wait additional months without a chair so I kept on using the chair without the side cover. Yesterday, a couple of screws near the broken cover area fell, and I just thought that I would contact Corsair directly to ask for a replacement, I obviously received a defective unit for 450$, The question is.. do you guys think it's reasonable? I opened a ticket and provided everything, proof of purchase and pics of the broken part while inside the packages from a year ago, I really hope that Corsair will help me with this, I lost hope in getting help from the store. Do you think it was okay to refuse to replace my unit on the spot after it arrived broken? They store blamed Corsair for this policy and said that I'll just have to send it for repairs and hope that Corsair will accept this.. Since that day I was always opening packages and filming the whole thing from start to finish. just in case.
