Going to chime in, had this same issue after hitting an update and then doing an OC, (not sure if OC had anything to do with it), but had my commander on same power line as my Drives, gave the commander its own dedicated power line, and boom its back on recognized again.

Just like title says, the G keys on my kewyboard do not work anymore with stream deck. Push them and nothing happens, trying ot use them with obs but also through some sounds in there when a key press happens but nothing, doesnt even register the keys are being pressed. If updated Icue, and stream deck, and OBS is most recent , nothing happens.

Built a new pc and just picked up a H150i elite lcd screen 360mm AIO. I already have four other fans from Phantek in my computer, they are RGB and have that plug that can go on mother board. Is there a way that I can hook them up to the icue Controller that came with the H150i and control them along with the AIO cooler fans. would I need adapters or something, cuz im looking at the power pins for the phanteks and they are different than what the controller takes.

Yup. Im going to do the saem and put my AMD cooler back in. at least that worked. Corsair wont even give me any support or help. I am done buying their products if they arent going to supply even the barest of customer support. Ill return all $400 of equipment

Yup. The cabling is all connected properly. I would try the link you sent me but the way its set up is so complicated you cant even answer the bloody questions to get to troubleshooting. Seriously Corsair, what in the flying monkeys ******* is your issue with equipment that actually works. Just bought carbide air 540 case and your hot swap cables done work. recognizes my drive when I plug it directly into my power supply and sata cable, I wouldnt be leaving this terrible of a comment, but the brand new h100i platinum cooler I installed, doesnt even work either. Like seriously, WTF Corsair

Installed an h100i platinum cooler in my computer. Upon boot up the fans will do a few rotations but then nothing. they will not spin on and there are no lights to them. I have everything plugged in as instructed in the manual, but I have nothing, no fans and no lights. Also I have tried downloading the icue bs, i guess what used to be corsair link. and it tells me there are no devices detected. Tried plugging into different sata power ports, and I get either A) RGB on cooler, no fan spin and no lights on fan. or I get B) No lights on cooler, fans spin, no lights on fan, but its actually cooling. what the hell corsair
