  1. Nope. Just tried, didn't help (3 hours from that action to the bug). What else?
  2. Hi, guys! I was the author of reddit thread A YEAR ago ( ) Following that, I had a short Private Message conversation with user "Corsair James" (a Corsair employee, as I understand), where he had me test some beta-build, with modifying the CPUIDFeatures.xml file. This is, it did work for me. For a time. However, recently i had to reinstall the system, they already deleted that beta-build, so I installed the official one. The problem was back. I tried to have the same CPUIDFeatures.xml fix with that official build, but it didn't help. Only iCUE uninstall worked. Which is sad, I still have a couple of Corsair devices. It is really bad, that even a YEAR later, there's no fix.
  3. Tested the 3.7 build. The problem is still there. Took less than 8 hours since iCUE installation to happen again.
  4. They are all throroughly mentioned at the end of the original Reddit post I linked.
  5. Just to let you guys know. I'm the author of thread. Month ago I removed both iCUE and M65 mouse. It was a month without a single black screen crash, so I guess after having them once per day we might not doubt of their cause. Yesterday I decided to check if the situation is fixed. I reinstalled iCUE, renamed CPUID DLLs (all 3 of them). In less than 24 hours black crashes were back. Just to let you know that CPUID dlls DOESN'T save you.
  6. Not to be unconstructive (I already was pretty constructive in my Reddit thread — ) but, devs, when should we expect a fix? If you can't name a day, a week will do. Cause it may come as a shock to you, but when we consumers buy hardware, we expect it (and its software) to work. Not cause PC crashes. We're not asking for too much — I don't expect M65 to make me a pro Fortnite player :) But I sure expect it to not crash my PC when I'm playing the game. And judging by that Reddit thread - boi, oh boi, I am not alone. Now I have the situation when I've paid money but can't actually use a mouse, and the piece of plastic is just laying around, cause without software it's sensitivity and binding functions just won't work. And I didn't buy it for double-clicking the cells in some Excel spreadsheets. So should I sell it on ebay already (and hope that buyer won't have the same crash) or is there a chance that a fix is actually coming in the next couple of weeks? Thanks for the prompt clarification! :3
