  1. I found the 5000D, it should be perfect but it has not glass panels; the 5000X design is perfect, but why the D version has the recent USB ports and the more expensive X version not? 😒
  2. Hello, actually I have a full tower case with 2 USB 2.0 ports and 2 USB 3.0 ports in the front panel I'm looking for a MID tower case, with glass panels with at least 1x3.2 Gen 2 type C USB port and 2x3.2Gen 1 type A, more are acceptable, not less With my actual motherboard I can just use two USB 2.0 ports on the front, and it's not absolutely acceptable with a ROG STRIX Z790-E Gaming Tks in advance
  3. Updated to the latest iCUE, now an application error popup windows raise when you logoff from an account I'm asking to my self which kind of support there is here.... I'm just wasting my time
  4. Last strange behaviour: In account W: - Until I'm on PC, everything is stuck, lighting included, and is active the account A lighting config - If I left the PC, as soon as the screen goes OFF, the account W lighting configuration start to work (the one successfully created within 60 seconds), as soon as I move the mouse, the monitor lights up, everything is back to account A lighting mode Now, if Corsair does not take care about a BUG like this just because 99,6% of their users' PC doesn't have more than a Windows account, doesn't matter, actually is not a well done program anyway
  5. OK, that's sounds correct, but everything depends on which account you had installed iCUE, because if - I disconnect account A and login in account W, I can manage iCUE software for 60 seconds, then it locks with basic lighting and the GUI does not let you to manage NOTHING anymore (yes, exactly 60 seconds) - If I boot and login directly into account W, same as above So, you're not right, even if one account is active and the other one never login, if this account is the one where iCUE software originally was NOT installed, it WILL NEVER runs the software correctly, so, for me this is a BIG Bug
  6. Hello dears, I would just to advise you about this very boring bug: - Windows 10 x 64 22H2 - Two windows accounts, both admin Call these accounts A (my one) and W (my wife) iCUE (4.32.129) installed on account A and configured the lighting effects, satis Change (without disconnect A) account to W, lighting effects are different (basic) and iCUE refuse any config, alerting you that everything is managed in the other account, OK, doesn't matter, is not a big deal Disconnect W and back to account A: iCUE lighting effects are still the basic ones, the originally configured are not available and IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO OPEN THE iCUE GUI, I HAVE TO REBOOT the computer to have everything back as previously configured in the account A Let me know how I can be helpful for the troubleshooting
  7. Thanks for your answer mate. I tried also with CTRL+click but no help, then I select another RGB profile one fan do it and the other one mix both RGB profiles Uninstalled and back to Link, thanks but a software update/upgrade must add not just features but also must be always (or more) friendly, not a challenge for sure With many thanks to this Covid virus I have a lot of free time, but it doesn't mean I have to waste it becoming crazy with this software Thanks again for your time
  8. Hello, I just uninstalled Corsair Link, where you can easily setup each single fan lighting with two mouse clicks, with this nightmare ICUE software. After days reading guides and watching tutorials I'm not still able to set two HD fans in the right way, when I select one of them to apply a colour scheme, the other one deactivating by itself; where finally I can give a colour scheme to both fans, they are not synchronized.... That's absolutely unbelievable
  9. Just an update about the Corsair quality: After 8 moths since I bought all this stuff, the channel 2 of NodePro and one hub STOPS to work What is funny is that I never leave all the staff ON for all the time.... just few hours per week, maybe less.... Warranty? Yes, but while with other brands you don't have any issue, a warranty procedure make you always many problems: - Disassembly everything - Make a package - PAY TO SEND THE STUFF - Wait new stuff - Reassembly everything back So, if anyone can read this, I hope he'll change idea about his choices on this brand, NOT just for a stupid missing cable...
  10. That's another life's law: more money they make, less care to customers they take Have a nice time
  11. No, I didn't sell anything, I never try to. After I spent more than 250$ in kit and RGB fans, I don't sell everything just for a 3$ 'not included' cable What make me interesting on Corsair RGB fans was not just their leds position and how many fans you can control, but especially the fan airflow specs, on the paper, of course.
  12. I saw the Corsair led strips are coming with a 3 pin connector cable, if you have a 4 pin connector on the strip it not should be a Corsair one Anyway, you should find out if one of those 4 pins is not used, only in that case you can modd the connector making it suitable for the nodepro (cut it off)
  13. Hello, welcome to the Corsair Last Customers Club If you read my previous post dated 1st Jenuary 2018, you'll read something like "The tech support just answer me, through the ticket opened: the Hub itself is sell without any cable, if I want another cable I MUST BUY ANOTHER CONTROLLER NODE PRO" So, if you continue to read the other post, you'll understand it'll be faster and a lot cheaper doing the cable by yourself. Personally I spent just some dollars through ebay for a 3 (dupoint) connector cable already assembled No other ways
  14. WOW!!!! from the frying pan into the fire, Mr Corsair!!!!! Tks a lot olson! Everything make our systems working without Corsair products help a lot!!!! If this topic has been readed 2242 times until today there will be a reason.... have a nice time!
  15. I understood what you mean, and you can image how much I was happy reading the Corsair Customer support answer (see the attachement)
