  1. I just bought 1 of these and thought I'd search around on the forums if anyone has posted on it. I'm hoping iCue will recognize it on my ASUS ROG mobo like how it recognizes the ASUS RGB on the board and my ROG Strix video card. But I have bought stuff from PirateDog Tech on eBay to control non-Corsair stuff with iCue via adapter cables (I can control the Lian-Li Strimer cables via iCue from 1 of his adapter cables, just don't have all the lighting settings that are available if you use the Lian-Li controller for lighting).
  2. I'm running Armoury crate 5.1.5.0 and it stopped recognizing my mobo. Also running the latest nVidia drivers and same with my 3080 Ti. Oh well.
  3. The only reason I am not using v4 is no support for my H110iGT ☹️
  4. I have a 750D Airflow, x570 ROG Strix Gaming-E, 3900x with a H110iGT (280) with no problems at all. You could even go for a H150 (360mm) if you're not going to use any disc drives, but yes, top mounted, no issues at all.
  5. I'm in a ASUS DIY PC group on Facebook and it's ran by someone who works at ASUS. 1. I know that Armoury Crate has been having server issues all week. 2. I believe Aura app by itself is at EOL and built into AC going forward. I have a ASUS mobo and will have a ASUS gfx in the future (either 3080 ROG Strix or a new Radeon ROG Strix) so I cant comment on if iCue is picking up gfx properly. However, Monday when I shut down my PC for the day, my mobo lighting control was working in iCue. Booted up yesterday, lost iCue control. Booted up today, had mobo RGB lighting control back in iCue. I did not uninstall or install anything, including knowingly any updates. I would try uninstalling all ASUS software. Uninstall Arua. Reboot Uninstall AC. Use the ASUS AC uninstaller: https://dlcdnets.asus.com/pub/ASUS/mb/14Utilities/Armoury_Crate_Uninstall_Tool.zip Reboot. Install AC only: https://dlcdnets.asus.com/pub/ASUS/mb/14Utilities/ArmouryCrateInstallTool.zip See how everything acts without Aura installed. Best of luck. It's pretty crappy when you can't always get 1 program to control everything. Even when the 2 companies have a partnership on this kinda stuff with open SDK. Quotes from the guy who works for ASUS that leads the Facebook group about others having issues similar to yours: There have been some updates and maintenance recently but this should be completed so functionality should be back to normal. If needed uninstall and reinstall Armoury Crate. Also to be clear you should not have AURA installed as this is the legacy RGB control and sync application. Armoury Crate is the current and future application for all control and sync functionality relative to ASUS AURA RGB enabled components. Based on my three test systems I would say the current V3.1.6.0 is very stable in painting independent device control or synced lighting control. AURA was the name for our RGB software alongside the name of our RGB lighting on products. Moving forward AURA will maintain its use as a name for our RGB lighting on RGB-enabled products but the application you will use to control RGB lighting is Armoury Crate.
  6. So I uninstalled Armoury Crate, reboot, reinstalled (still no iCue control), reboot, had iCue control back.
  7. My mobo RGB was working fine with iCue until today. Something somewhere broke it again. I changed nothing. iCue and Armoury Crate are all up to date. Hopefully it'll be fixed soon... again.
  8. Interested in this too. Have a ASUS Strix mobo, will get a Strix 3080 at some point too.
  9. It shows up now in iCue, but I cannot manually control the fan speed at all.
  10. Running iCue 3.29.110 and the motherboard RGB is working again through iCue. Seems like a new version broke it for a little bit but they finally fixed it. (ASUS ROG STRIX X570-E Gaming)
  11. Running iCue 3.29.110 and the motherboard RGB is working again through iCue. Seems like a new version broke it for a little bit but they finally fixed it. (ASUS ROG STRIX X570-E Gaming)
  12. I have a H110iGT that I've had for awhile cooling my FX8370 and I'm going to a AM4. Per the website, the H110iGT is AM4 compatible, just wondering if there is different hardware needed to connect to the AM4 slot on the mobo as opposed to the AM3. Current AM3 mobo is ASUS, new AM4 mobo is ASUS.
  13. Okay so, what I failed to think of was I had a Commander Mini installed and I had the Digital connection from the PSU to Commander Mini. I suspect that was why it showed up in Link but not iCue. So i recently got a Commander Pro and just installed it. I removed the Digital cord (as there was nowhere for it to plug into the Commander Pro), plugged the USB cable from PSU to Commander Pro. Booted up, and Commander Pro AND PSU now show up in iCue! Now my only question now is: The USB light on my PSU blinks from green to orange/red. I did a quick Google search and found this question on the Corsair forums. Someone said that it's normal, it's just a data communication light and it's normal and to think of it as a hard drive activity light. Is this true? Seems kinda annoying to have a light blinking in the case.
  14. I plan on trying this very soon. The odd thing is that when I was running CLink, it showed up. Currently, for me, under Human Interface Devices, I see my Corsair keyboard, mouse pad, headset stand, x2 H110i GT (I wonder why it's there twice), mouse, headset AND "Corsair composite virtual input device" whatever the hell that is. Zero Corsair under System Devices and zero Corsair listings under USB controllers.
