  1. Oh right ok, I will do that then. Many thanks.
  2. Ok just tried that out. But no love unfortunately. When I chose instant white light the pump LED is even more orangy than the LED fans. LED fans are yellowy and tiny green. Wheres pump's LED is yellowy-orange. The only thing that works is LED strip that emits pure white the rest just doesn't work as intended. And another problem which really frustrates me is that changing colour on the pump. I thought that NZXT internal hub fixed the issue but it just came back. Spend £20 for nothing really :( I would just forget that white as I'm actually using blue and violet colours but the pump changing from violet to some reddish pink is just killing me. Im thinking of sending this back to Corsair as this just doesn't work as intended. Now the questions is what should I sent back? The whole H100i AIO, or also the bridge with 2 ports? I'm gonna try and change the configuration but I've already tried that with no positive result. This is really frustrating when you buy the whole setup and it just doesn't work as intended. Edit1 Wonder if I can attach a video of this weird behaviour of the pump's LED changing colour. Edit2 I think by clearing the settings it helped with the changing colour but need to give it a little bit more time as its always random when this happens
  3. Thanks for your help, I'm gonna try that out. Btw the problem with the pump LED came back which is really frustrating. I don't know whether there was an update but after plugging everything through NZXT internal hub the pump's LED worked fine ( meaning no changing from purple to pink or deep blue 0/0/255 to some bleak blue). I'm not really sure what to do about it. Regarding the white issue gonna try those 2 methods above, many thanks.
  4. No replies at all. Will need to contact corsair support. I managed to get rid off that issue with changing color on the pump from purple to pink by connecting through internal hub (got the nzxt one) but white is still yellow not white.
  5. Hi, I've got a problem with the lights in my setup. I've got H100i Platinum SE with LL120 fans and 4 more case fans (LL120) in total 6 fans plus LED strip from Corsair. All 6 fans are connected to node pro. For some reason If I choose white static colour only the LED strip emits pure white. The rest so 6 fans and the pump emits yellow colour. I'm running all the latest firmware and software. One more thing with the pump it keeps changing the colour from the "purple" (rgb13,0,255) to some washed pink randomly when I have it set to that purple colour. I tried connecting 2 LL120 on the radiator to the h100i RGB sockets but that didn't change anything. Also tried to swap the LED strip with the 6 fans channels but no luck here as well. So the only white colour I'm getting is from LED strip. The rest is yellow with the pump's RGB acting really weird in changing the colour to some pink from purple. Pictures attached below. Please let me know how can I fix this or do I need to send anything for warranty? Thanks. P.S. How to upload image files so they are visible in the post, thanks. I just tried imgur but that didn't work at all.
  6. Yes I agree 100% with the pump speed. Theres so negligible diffrenece between 1900rpm and 2300rpm and even less between 2300rpm and the extreme 2800rpm. More important here is radiator fans really. Regarding the 2300rpm preset as the lowest one, that must have been crazy. What are they thinking that we want to have so noisy system. That's not the idea here isn't it? Cool & quiet is what this product should produce or at least give us an option to make it either. If we want it to be cooler we can ramp up the radiator fans but on IDLE at least system would be silent. Another thing is their marketing and how they advertise they products on their own website. There's not a single mention of how loud the pump is and respective modes (rpms) it works at. At least its not under specification tab. The only thing they give you is fans noise which I can fully control but nothing regarding the pump speed and noise where I'm force to 3 modes. And the intervals you are talking about. Exactly why not let customers give more options here. Like 5 modes or custom mode where you specify pump speed within a given possible range. It blows my mind especially knowing that their other product has 1100rpms mode but I had to buy that "white" one as my whole build is white. Crap :/
  7. Bump up the fan speeds to at least 1000rpm on load or more. Not sure if its intended but you are running them at 500rpms on 100% load?
  8. Yea, I got that but shame really to have those flaws. Its good product but flawed because of pump speed restrictions. When you think about it why not even add 5 preset speeds for pump or more or just ultimately add an option to set a custom speed within a certain given range. That would probably make most people happy. At least we would have a choice and then setting the pump on proper quiet mode but if you need more cooling just bump radiator fan speeds a tiny bit and you are there. Cool & Quiet.
  9. Yes I know that but you can only manage "FANS" speed not the pump speed. I've got that done and my fans don't go more than ~700RPM on IDLE before hitting 40C. Pump speed is the problem here, as you can only choose from 3 modes/presets: quiet, balanced or extreme. The problem here is the quiet preset which is nowhere close to be quiet. Since when 1900RPM is quiet. Set your case fan to 1900RPM and see what happens. That's why the pump makes so much noise but they should've made it possible like with H100i PRO to add 1100RPM preset to finally have a QUIET system.
  10. Oh ok, but this is not enough I'm talking about getting the pump noise to silent which they managed to achive on the H100i PRO. I don't understand why this is not available with newer/better product. They've actually just released a new firmware 2 days ago and lowered down rpms for quiet from ~1950 to ~1915, balanced from ~2400 to ~2300 and not sure about extreme as I never touch it as its so loud. Sorry but 1915 is still not quiet. Could you please release 1100RPM preset so people can finally have a quiet system because the only thing making noise in my system is the pump nothing else. When buying the product I would've never guessed this would be so loud. With liquid cooler you should achieve both cool & quiet. For the moment its only cool. Let people choose to have it quiet aswell and its going to be top product.
  11. Hi, will there be a "proper" quiet preset added to the above cooler. As the current "quiet" preset is way too loud. A preset where pump spins at 1100rpm (like in the H100i pro) is what I'm talking about here. So one more preset is needed for the above pump. Thanks.
  12. Hi, I've got similar problem with the noise. In my case its 2 loud in general no matter what preset I use and obviously as I'm concerned about noise I keep it on quiet which is still loud. On top of that when I put it on balanced mode you can hear crackling noise coming from the pump that does not happen on Extreme mode but that mode I never touch as its so loud. My fans on IDLE are set on 700rpms up to 40C and my IDLE temps on stock 3700X ambient 25C don't go over 35-36C but its 2 noisy even on the quiet preset. Not sure what to do wheter to send it back, any ideas?
  13. Could you test how audible is your pump at complete quietness and if possible set fans to between 500-700rpm as either mine is broken and is too loud or its just how it works tho when I set it on balanced mode its making crackling noise which I suppose isn't good. So I've got H100i Platinum SE white( white scheme build) and after setting it up in the system the only thing thats audible is the pump. Got 6 fans all running at 700rpm on Idle up to 40C and it pretty much stays between 35-37C on stock 3700X with ambient 24-25C. This is all great but at midnight when I sit by my PC the pump is clearly heard even on the "quiet mode" preset which is just above 1900rpm. Not sure what to do next but when you buy a product like that you want both cooling and silence and its not the case with this product. When I look at previous posts above the H115i PRO has at least got 1100RPM quiet preset. I don't understand the idea of quiet at 1900rpm at all or maybe my pump is broken.
