  1. Nope. Still the exact same behavior. At this stage it's obvious they are never going to solve this.
  2. How can this issue still be ignored after all this time? Unbelievable.. Version after version this still happens. Even when I startup by computer and a get back after a few minutes I hear the fans all ramped up in idle.. have to restart corsair service.. Is this a issue with the USB Driver (Asetek) hence the Corsair team's inability to fix this?!
  3. Hi all, Had to format my PC, so a fresh updated install of windows. Installed latest iCue (3.9.93). As soon as I loaded my custom fan profile, the freeze happens eventually. I'm convinced that if I load one of the default profiles (Quiet or Balanced for example) this issue doesn't occur. I also used HWInfo to see if the problem was with iCue getting readings, but the readings there also failed.
  4. This bug haunts me everyday. And no response from Corsair whatsoever. I've tried updating the Corsair driver to an old one. I've cleanup most of the running apps.. Disabled USB power saving modes... I don't think Corsair are seeing the gravity of this bug. Some times the fans are in low mode (low temp) and the software gets stuck on this mode. When I'm gaming I'm having extreme high temps due to the profile not being updated! And the opposite occurs obviously.. High fan spin even after the CPU is idle and cool.. If I could get rid of this cooler I would immediately..what a piece of crap..
  5. Still no fix for this? Looked at the latest patch notes and didn't see anything related. Everyday I have to manually restart the Corsair Service to get iCue to start getting readings again. Sometimes right after the windows starts, others after some usage (browsing, gaming, etc).. Seems to me it's not related to iCue, but the Corsair Service. I only restart this service and iCue recovers within a few seconds.
  6. Hi all, I'm also getting this problem with my H100i v2. I bought a corsair keyboard so I changed LINK to iCue software. I'm not sure if I've always had this problem or if it was a recent iCue update. I'm currently on latest iCue and the behavior is the dashboard freezes, iCue doesn't get any new readings so the fan profile is "stuck" on the last temperature reading. If I restart the corsair service + iCue software it will get back to normal but will get stuck again randomly. Any solution for this? Thanks
