Hello, I recently had to retire my K95 Platnum keyboard (the best keyboard I've ever owned) after too many keys stopped working. Sadly, Corsair decided not to make another keyboard with 18 "G Keys". So, I bought the K100 and with the exception of the lack of G keys, it's a good keyboard. That said, there is another feature that I took for granted that I really miss now. I have a lot of profiles for everything from MS Office to games. On my K95, it had three dedicated profile buttons. With the K100 there is no easy way to get back to the main (default) profile unless I keep the iCUE program expended. Corsair's solution requiring users to continuously press the profile switch button is either a sign that they just stopped caring or an oversight. I hope it is the latter. Currently, I have to use one of the too few G keys to switch to the default profile. There has to be a better way of doing this without the need to add an action to every profile? Sorry for the "vent session". Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I used the Corsair K95 RGB Mechanical Gaming Keyboard for years. Last year a few of the G keys stopped working and a few other keys started having issues. Corsair discontinued the keyboard and has no plans to replace it with an equivalent keyboard. Why offer 18 G keys when you can sell an addon? Oddly enough, it seems as if all the well-known companies that make keyboards have gone with a 6 to 8 G key setup. The K100 is ok but doesn't even come close to the K95 I used. It does have better lighting features etc. I did save a lot of setup time with the profiles, only having to decide which macros I'd get rid of. As a streamer, I have a Stream Deck and XL so, I'm using one to supplement to lack of G keys. Had corsair come out with a new keyboard with 18 G kays with Elgato integration, I'm sure many streamers would buy it. I'm not sure if I'll use the K100 too long. They feel of the keys alone will be hard to get used to. The K100 is quieter which might please some viewers. It feels completely different to type on IMO.

Thanks for the replies. It looks like I'll be bugging Microsoft about this issue. I use my K95 as an assistive device to preform tasks that I otherwise couldn't due to my disability. Since Microsoft keeps telling everyone that they are "disabled friendly", I'll use that to my advantage.

When I try to link profile to program C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\Microsoft.FlightSimulator_1.7.12.0_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe/FlightSimulator.exe to iCUE, it gives the following error: "You don't have permission to open this file. Contact the file owner or an Administatoror to obtain permission." Even launching File Explorer as admin, it won't allow me to change the permission to the folder or file. I've never run into an issue like this before. Thanks in advance.

Hello, I'm sure that I'm not the only one wanting to create a profile for Flight Simulator 2020. With all other games and programs, I have iCUE set up to activate the profile by adding the game's .exe file. For some reason, MSFS 2020 has "hidden" the exe. file making it impossible to set iCUE to activate the profile. Has anyone been able to successfully set up a profile that activates when MSFS 2020 is launched? If so, how? Thanks in advance for any assistance.
