Recently purchased a brand new corsair h100i rgb platinum se. Everything seems to be working fine except the pump LED's will not light up. The LED's from the radiator fans are working fine and the ICUE software recognizes the PUMP and gives me options to configure/change the LED profile, but the LEDs on the pump will not light up.
Trouble shooting so far:
-force updated ICUE software
-changed SATA power cables to pump (not daisy chained, is using direct sata power)
Has anyone else had this issue or know a solution?
