  1. updated iCUE, the disconnection of usb seems to be resolved
  2. From Corsair: "Thanks for bringing this up. If you've recently updated your iCUE to the latest version, please uninstall it for now and run a registry cleaner such as the ccleaner https://www.ccleaner.com/ccleaner/download Once you're done clearing the registry, download and install the latest version of iCUE again or use this one instead http://downloads.corsair.com/Files/CUE/iCUESetup_3.9.93_release.msi Let us know if this works. " I try.
  3. I have all Corsair devices, a few months ago I had everything Razer. I am bitterly regretting this choice. In any case, how come this problem does not happen to everyone? I have a couple of friends with the same setup and do not have usb disconnects. What can you depend on?
  4. I have the same problem lately and indeed, since I mounted H100i I had a very annoying microstutter in all games. So ... closing the icue usb work but I have the Corsair Void PRO Wireless I need the program to equalize them. Currently, is it better to wait or better to change AIO? Is it possible to solve all this by changing the motherboard?
  5. I wanted to reconnect all the Corsair peripherals, also attaching the USB cable of the AIO H100i Pro. I went into the motherboard bios setting CPU / OPT FAN on PWN and ... now everything is fine, even reinstalling iCUE. Probably at the next reboot all the problems of disconnection connection will come back, as well as the microstutter ... I still do not understand why my friends have no problem despite having my own Corsair peripherals.
  6. So ... First of all thank you for the answers, very kind! In particular, thanks @Corsair Calico Jack. It can be said that every day now I go on the gigabyte site to update the AMD bios and drivers and the beauty is that in the notes of the last bios there is written "Improve USB device compatibility" ... lol. However, by uninstalling iCUE (simply from the control panel, uninstall program) everything is solved. What annoys me is that I moved to Corsair after having had all the RAZER devices and now I have to redo the change again. Currently only the K95 keyboard and the Glaive mouse do not create a constant restart of the USB ports, even the Void Pro Wireless headphones do not create problems but without iCUE and therefore without being able to customize the equalizer in my opinion they become useless. All this with the AIO H100i disconnected from USB. What I still can not understand is based on what triggers this incompatibility? The motherboard? I have read of people with my identical motherboard not having problems, as I read people who have switched from AMD to INTEL changing everything, except the CORSAIR peripherals and having the exact same problems. Maybe iCUE has problems with other installed software? I also tried a new windows installation putting only the video card's Nvidia drivers and the problem remained. I do not know, I'm very disappointed with Corsair. Now I wonder, I have this problem since I installed the H100i PRO but also by unplugging the USB cable I was left. Others since they have it? Is it a relatively new problem or has it been known for a long time? Is there any hope of waiting for a solution or is this situation going too far?
  7. Ok, I did various tests. Disconnecting the USB cable from the AIO is not enough. Frequent crashes and reboots of USB were the same. I had to disconnect both the polaris pad mouse and the base headset in order to no longer crash, leaving the keyboard, mouse and wireless headphones connected with open icue. The microstutter is much diminished but still present. I will do other tests. What I do not understand is why I have all these problems when I have two of my friends who have my own Corsair peripherals and have no problem. I have ryzen, their Intel, can this be the problem? Or maybe it depends on the motherboard manufacturer as gigabyte or msi?
  8. then. Restarting iCUE no longer detects the AIO but the rgb leds are always on. Despite this, the disconnection of all USB takes place the same, with less frequency but it happens the same. In the game I have an annoying microstutter, even this is the fault of the icue peripherals? Closing the program the microstutter remains.
  9. Yeah! Really, see the video! [ame] [/ame]
  10. Ehm, usb cable disconnected but the RGB led are still on. And the H100i Pro is still on iCUE... is that normal?
  11. Oh, ok. If i disconnect the USB cable from the pump, it's ok or my ryzen burn like hell? Is that a Solution?
  12. So.... is this a Icue problem or motherboard? I have frequent random disconnections and reconnections of USB peripherals since I installed AIO Hydro H100i PRO. Close the ICue stop this usb issue. In addition to this any game suffers from micro stutter. I'm thinking of changing motherboard, fix or do I have to remove the aio? I have all Corsair, K95 Platinum, Glaive, Void Pro Wireless and Polaris devices.
  13. SOLVED! Corsair send me this: "We would first suggest you try a soft-reset of the mouse. This will clear the mouse’s internal memory, which often corrects issues such as the one you are experiencing. Please follow the directions below: 1: Unplug the mouse. 2: Hold the left and right mouse click. 3: While holding the left and right mouse, plug in the mouse. 4: Hold the left and right mouse down for 10 seconds. 5: Release the left and right mouse. If these steps didn't work, please follow the instructions below. Reinstalling the firmware of your device may correct the issue. We suggest doing this manually, and have uploaded the firmware for your device to the ticket in order to do so. Please follow the directions below: 1: Unplug your mouse from the computer. 2: Locate the small pinhole underneath your mouse. For some, this will be located directly on the bottom in plain sight. On others, it will be located underneath one of the removable weights attached to the bottom of the mouse. 3: Using a small paperclip or push-pin, press down on the button inside the pinhole. 4: Plug your mouse back into the computer, while holding down the pinhole button. 5: Once it is plugged back in, your computer should recognize a drive called CRP_Disabled. Please open this. 6: Download the firmware file from the ticket. If it is compressed into a .RAR file, please extract this file to an easily found location on the computer. 7: Delete the file FIRMWARE.BIN from the CRP_DISABLED drive, and then place the file with ISP in it’s name to the CRP_Disabled drive. 8: Once you have performed the steps above, please unplug your mouse and then plug it back in. The device will then return to normal. Please test to see if the issue reappears. If it does, please inform us on the ticket for further troubleshooting." The second solution, worked! Glaive_v103.zip
