Something is off somewhere then because the mouse doesn't show when in regular wireless mode. I have to plug it in to get it to be visible.

Does the mouse need to be plugged in to show up in iCUE? At the moment, I'm wireless and it is not showing.

Hello. I have a new Dark Core wireless mouse. I've updated the mouse firmware as well as iCue. I've had the mouse plugged into the PC via the cable for almost 20 hours and the status in ICue is still showing as "Charging". Is this normal? How long does it take to fully charge the mouse?
