  1. I purchased the mice in November last year as well. I really liked the mice. The only other problem was that every now and then the mice desynced and i had to put in the usb cable and resync it again. This resulted in a funny name of "Ironclaw rgb wireless (1) (1) (1) (1) (1) (1) (1) (1)" in icue. 30 min ago i was scrolling on a website and suddenly the mouse wheel was free spinning. Mouse wheel clicks are still working. To be honest the scrolling were never the best but now it does not work at all. I just wonder should i send it back or try to mod it like in the YouTube Videos? 2. I got the same problem. I had 2x 8gb vengence pro rgb modules and never had a problem with them. I just bought 2x additional ones so i have 4 installed now. When i set an effect in icue everything is fine. But after a few minues no matter if icue is open or not, one of the newly added modules lose sync because it is either slower or faster than the other 3. It is always the same module. Now i have set the ram modules to a static temperature effect so that it doesn't look too ugly...
  3. Oh ok, thank you very much. I also just sent an email to the online shop where i bought it. But they probably only have the normal 1600 rpm fans. Meanwhile im waiting, can i still use my PC with the H100i Platinum with only 1 fan connected or isn't that recommended? I could also assemble a D/C Case-Fan in front of the radiator and set it to 100%...
  4. Well i think i have found the problem... I really don't know how this happened, but the fan cable was already looking out of the header when i opened the case. Then i was able to just pull it out with 0 Force... Is there a way to fix it? I tried to push it back in but it doesn't go as deep as the others... Really don't want to send back the whole AIO because of that, probably will need to buy a normal ML120 fan then if the guarantee doesn't cover this :( The thing is, the 100% 2700 rpm were there since day 1 (1week ago) :/
  5. I just clicked on "restarting icue Service" because it didn't update the numbers anymore probably due to Hardware Info and now it does not find my h100i anymore :( god damn...
  6. Hello, So i got my H100i Platinum connected to my MSI b450 Gaming Pro Carbon with USB and CPU Fan Header. What ever i do i can only "Control" the Fan #2. Fan #1 sits all the time at 2700 RPM no matter what Settings i use. Is that normal? I also got Corsair Link but that didn't help either. My bios Version is E7B85AMS.170 and my bios Settings are posted below, i thinks they could cause the Problem too. The CPU (r5 3600) jumps sometimes from 37° to 47°. However i would prefer having both fans at 1200 RPM, at the moment its extremly noisy.
  7. Thanks @c-attack & @DevBiker for your comments. Yes it is a H100i Platinum and i guess i would rather have 3x the same effect than 2x Fans in little sequence + 1x Fan doing something completly different. Btw i asked in this forum before if there is a Y-Splitter for the Corsair RGB Cable so i can plugin my additional Fan into my H100i Platinum but i guess there is not. I have to admit that my bios settings could have been on D/C mode when i first started my PC to set it to PWM while the Fan was plugged in. Maybe the Fan got grilled and its defect thats why? I only got the single pack, a jcorsair cable, a rgb fan hub and a h100i platinum. I updated my System Info. Little update: - i plugged in one of my standard non-PWM Case Fans into the same header and it worked totally fine in D/C mode ofc - i plugged the not-working additional ML120 Pro into my H100i Platinum and it was still not working. Is that the ultimate proof that its not working and i should send it back? Btw i got it second hand so there is absolutly a chance that he simply sent me a defect one even tho he is listed as a company. I noticed that the series numerbers are different. On the h100i platinum i got a JWT23 and on the single pack i got a JWT11 (afaik, but it was 100% not a 23). Is that maybe a problem? Btw the RGB of the single pack ml120 pro works totally fine.
  8. Hello @c-attack , thanks for your answer. Can i also use D/C mode in Bios or would that destroy the PWM Fan? I only have the H100i and a Lightning Hub connected to the Jcorsair Header. So i probably will connect the H100i Fans to the Lightning Hub (jcorsair) so i can at least have the same Mystic Light effect. Hopefully this is possible...
  9. Hello i bought a ML120 Pro fan. I connected it to my SystemFan2 pin, picked pwm mode in bios but it didn't spin. Isn't that possible? I connected the RGB Cable to my Lightning Node Pro that is connected to my JCORSAIR pin on my MSI Gaming Pro Carbon. It gets a color, but the color of the MSI Mystic Light Software. I would prefer to sync it with my other ML120 Pro fans of my H100i AIO Cooler over the iCue Software. But i cant find my single Fan there. Isn't that possible?
  10. Since i do not see my attached imgur picture links, ill try to repost them here... They show the RGB Cable of the Fan connected with the RGB Cable of the Pump. A Splitter for the Pump RGB Cable would be awesome...
  11. Hello, I'm building my first PC at the moment. My Case is the Sharkoon TG5. I had to place the H100i RGB Platinum with the Radiator and the 2 Corsair ML120 Pro RGB-pwm-Fans in the Front. But in the Front there is space for 3x 120mm Fans so i'm currently using the 2 Corsair Fans on the top and middle space and 1 stock "meh" sharkoon cooler on the bottom. Since this fan mix looks pretty awful i thought about purchasing a single ML120 Pro RGB-pwm-Fan Kit. I don't need more Fans and purchasing a lightning pro and led hub for one single Fan is a bit expensive. :( First i thought i could simply plugin the RGB cable of the Fan in the JCORSAIR1 (3pin) or JRAINBOW1 (3 pin) of my MSI b450 Gaming Pro Carbon AC, but i don't think this is possible? So then i thought about this, is there a splitter for the RGB Cable of the H100i RGB Platinum Pro? I know if that is the case both fans would have the exact same color then.
