  1. OK.. something is going on with AIO temp on screen display. I have iCue 5.12 update. I have H170i with screen display. The temp on AIO temp keep changing... from 21-26. and jump back and forth 24 to 26.. and then all sudeen drop to 24.. and random back to 26.. and increase in AIO temp. Computer is ideling.. not running anything .. 2-3% CPU usage shoudnt cause AIO temp increase all sudden and then all sudden decrease. I would have assume that it takes some CPU heat to heat up the water with AIO.. and take some time to drease water temp. not jumping all over the place. WHen it went up to AIO 28C.. if i unplug the screen display and plug it back.. all sudden it drop down to 22C.. which is the right temp. Because the computer case is dead cold... i have temp probe setup in front of exhaust of AIO Fan. 15C. the temp should be fluct to 28C. But as soon as i unplug the AIO screen display and plug it back in.. it drop from 28 to actual 22 temp.. and slowing fluct back and forth and increase do 25 within 2 min...
  2. i back out step 4. Using Trident Z Lighting control for Rainbow color is causing 2.9+ % CPU usage on asus Lightning services. To me its not worth it. I end up using Lighting Control Color Cycle theme.
  3. Solution found for my issue. I found a solution to run both iCue 5.9 and Trident Z Lightning control at same time without crashing now. 1. Uninstall Trident Z Lighting Control. 2. Update iCue to 5.9. 3. This is what is working for my Asus Z790 Dark Hero. I download a old copy of Asus Aura Lighting Control from Asus. 1.07.79. https://dlcdnets.asus.com/pub/ASUS/mb/14Utilities/Lighting_Control_1.07.79.zip Extract, Install, Reboot. 4. Inst all Trident Z Lighting Control. Install and make Trident Z start with Computer. Reboot. Now i can use Trident Z Light Control to make G.Skill Ram with Rainbow color. It doesnt sync with iCue. But I am back to where i was before all these happen. Which is acceptable for me.

  5. gave up hope.. uninstall G.Skill Trident Z Lightning control. Update to 5.9. But, i was able to install old old version of Asus Aura 1.07.74. That is working with 5.9. But since its old version, i can only get Aura to do a Static, Breathing, Color Cycle, and Rainbow. Cant sync with ique.. oh well...
  6. Simple request: allow download of older full version. As the way it current is, you are unable to install older version when discover issue with new version.
  7. follow the clean install. System is still random crash. For now, i keep it at 5.9. Also run the G.Skill Trident Z, but G.Skill Trident Z Lighting Control is used disable Lighting on G.Skill Memory. Seems stable. But just suck i can't turn on the Memory Lighting.
  8. Another reply from Support and its really disappointing. When they keep saying i should be lucky that i have 5.7 working. Really make me steaming when it work on all version prior to 5.8. and they keep saying its fighting for control of lighting? When my G.Skill is not even part of the ICue system. In iCue, i can't see the Memory module there. Also i did not have any plugin install in iCUE. So saying it s fighting for control is not right and refuse to put a bug ticket for dev to work on it. Also 5.9 did not work. As soon as i install it.. few min later, it crash my system and reboot.,
  9. 5.9 still not working for me. It crash when g.skill Trident Z Lighting control for my memory turns on. It works fine in 5.7. G.skill memory is not part of the iCue and shouldnt interfere with light control of iCue vs Memory.
  10. 5.9 did nothing for me. As soon as i install it... it crash system. So back to 5.7 again.
  11. i am very disappointed with Customer services. I open a ticket. Explain the same above situation. The answer I got was Oh.. that is because Icue fight control with G.skill Trident Z. It will happen on ALL VERSION of ICUE. He did not even read the part that system is stable prior to 5.8. Its back on iCue 5.7 and Trident Z Lightning control. Its stable.
  12. Beside my other issue with Icue, this is a new one i discover. My AIO temp would be stable increase as day go on. Which is normal. Ambient temperature increase from early morning to afternoon. But some days, it would start around 25 in morning (6:00AM) and within 30 min, increase to 30C on the LCD and iCue screen. I touch the 2 hose close to the AIO, they are cold. I use infrared heat reader: Top hose metal is reading 72F. Bottom metal is reading 74F. No way AIO reporting 30C. Ambient temp is 68F. I know AIO is not reporting correctly the temperature. What i have to do is open up my case, and remove the LCD screen and plug it back in. Almost like a LCD screen reboot. Now its reading 22C again. This is very frustrating that i have to do this every few days.
  13. As title state. Please put out official link to full iCue 5.7. I don;t understand why Corsair refuse to link official full version on website. I have nothing but trouble with 5.8.
  14. Not sure if you have the similar hardware as i have. I spend over 1 weeks trying to fig out whats going on. More on the extreme side, mine was crashing left and right. left me to believe it was hardware issue. Replace the delid 13900K, replace Power Supply, replace motherboard. $$$ gone... read more on my other thread. But in the end, it was iCue 5.8 and conflict with G.Skill Trident Z Lightning control. I am guessing both program was fighting for light control and crash the system.
  15. 😞 that is almost useless when all my Corsair Fan is already control by iCue and cant control LED on the motherboard or Memory.
