i just send it back to the shop, should have a new one in 2/3 days does anyone have any tips on how to prevent this from happening again, a step by step plan for the software and hardware and how to set it up? i would be very gratefull for something like that

well, i can't get it out of bootloader mode, so should i wait for the headset to run out, or is it just empty? it doesn't seem to be charging and every time the device has an invalid description, no matter what button i push so i have to replace the headset that worked 2 minutes... i don't think im going corsair again maby you have a more detaild plan to follow for me?

Hello, I hope someone can come to the rescue. After some hours on this forum, i think this post can help me the most, and becouse corsair chris is a responder to this post as well. I bought my headset yesterday, today i powered it on via a laptop, working within seconds. when i switched to my big pc, updating CUE and firmware, i tried to connect, that failed and long story short, it is i think in bootloader mode. How do i get out of it? instruction said update the firmware, but i can't get my pc's to recognize the headset. the eror my pc gives is invalid device description. so the CUE software doesn't see the headset. now im sitting here with a 110 euro piece of useless plastic.... :wtfeh:
