So I have tried the soft reset trick with holding down the left + right buttons while plugging it in to see whether it would work and then also did a hard reset which is doing 2 soft resets in quick succession which has not worked either. I assume then it will be a firmware issue but I do not have access to a firmware file to flash it with. I already have a ticket open: 2004969441 I just wondered if anyone can help me getting my hands on the older firmware file as I am not in a position to return it at the moment. Thank you!

I had the same problem. This isn't an ideal fix but: - Open the installer - Hit repair - Wait until your headphones turn off and on - Cancel repair You should be good to go by opening the iCue software from root folder
