Well i bought this chair aswell in my country and the authorized dsitributor/reseller never contact me back. The solution is easy. Change the chair star base and the housing of the gas lift cylinder. The chair star base hole is bigger than the gas lyft cylinder, that's why you see, sometimes, the last one touching the ground. It's very bad design or a faulty manufacturing piece (chair star base).
