  1. Is the Platinum or XT version? I had the Platinum version, and the disconnecting was non-stop. Picked up the XT version, and its been fine since.

Me personally, I would suggest returning it. The reason being is that you are probably sensitive to the frequency that the device is putting out. I do not mean that in any sort of negative way, everybody is different. It comes from something called Misophonia. As an example, there are some adapters when plugged in produce a vibration when electricity is run through it, and that vibration produces a noise that some people can hear and some cannot. I can hear it no matter where I am in the house, it drives me crazy. But nobody else in the house has any idea what I am talking about. I listened to the streams you posted, and I did not hear anything. I only heard a low hum when I turned the volume up to 100, and put my ear against my speaker.
  3. Great to see this! I'm glad to know some sort of self repair/maintenance is at least possible. Thanks for sharing.
  4. This is coming from the H115i RGB PLATINUM 280mm. I do have a good decrease in temps, but I cannot definitively say that this unit is significantly better. On a 9900k: H115i RGB PLATINUM 280mm max temps playing FFXIV for 3 hours was 74. H115i RGB PRO XT 280mm max temps playing FFXIV for 3 hours is 66. I am also running all fans in my pc at a lower speed, because the sound is annoying.
  5. Received from Amazon, and installed the H115i XT 280mm about 6 hours ago. So far, not a single disconnect. Hopefully this continues.
  6. Not running anything but iCue. The only solution from support is an RMA, which I will do after I get the new cooler.
  7. I should be getting the H115i RGB PRO XT from Amazon tomorrow. I am constantly getting the disconnection problem, and it is affecting my main game. It's the only other 280mm model that will fit in my case, with my build.
  8. Same issue, 47 disconnects in 3 hours time. It makes some games behave erratically (raiding in FFXIV is almost impossible). And being there has been nothing for almost a year, not even a beta or anything even attempting to fix it, I can only assume they have no interest in fixing it. My question is, can I just disconnect it, and will it still function as a standalone cooler?
  9. Not sure, but what I can say is everything has been fine, other than the H115i with the constant disconnect/reconnect which has still yet to be fixed (was supposed to be "soon" back in June). But 3.19.120 has given me nothing but trouble. BTW my H115i has auto-magically reappeared now. I didn't change anything, so who knows. In my opinion, iCue in its current state is borked.
  10. Thank you for the reply. This though did not work, still shows 2 power supplies and my commander.
  11. My H115i is now an HX850i (1). I have an HX850i that I disconnected, if I connect it, iCue shows I have 2 power supplies. I have already uninstalled/re-installed iCue several times, and completely cleaned anything associated with it and still shows 2 power supplies. USB Device tree shows an H115i installed and enabled, and makes the disconnect/reconnect sound, but iCue will only show a power supply.
  12. Mine was also shutting down, and I do not run steam all of the time. Most times I do not run steam. Mine is connected to a Commander Pro, and just running icue.
  13. Can confirm...applied latest update and the pump crashed. Is the only option to send back to corsair? USB Device View can see the pump, so it is on the port. I updated the usb/chipset drivers with no change.
