This weekend I sadly returned mine back to the retailer. I place blind faith in Corsair stuff when I build my PC's. Sadly the same quality that I simply expect just wasn't there when it came to my chair. In addition to the specifications and low profile of the gas canister, the stitching on the front of the seat looked stretched and unlikely to last also.

Sadly I have the same problem. The gas just sits too low. This isn't dragging against the carpet for me, but it affects the height of my chair. At its lowest it is: 410mm (Should be: 440mm) At its highest it is: 490mm (Should be: 520mm) My desk is quite tall and the 3cm makes gaming very uncomfortable. Can anybody who has received the revised parts confirm that it brings the height back up to its quoted specs?
