  1. Take a closer look at your PSU's SATA cable and make sure you see five pins coming from it. As you know, the pump's LEDs uses the 3.3V, which some PSU manufacturers may opt to skip. Regarding PSU recommendations, any of our PSUs will work or any major reputable companies that have been around.

Is this for the Elite Capellix cooler? If so, you'll use the set "A" screws.
  3. Are you able to share a video? Depending on the sound, it may be best to open a support ticket. If it's a defective pump, the team would be able to get you a replacement right away.
  4. No need to worry! That's normal until you install the pump. Once you install it, it'll bridge the gaps between the backplate and motherboard.
  5. Hello, what does the cooler do exactly? Does the PC immediately reset once you start the FW update? What about the fans? Are they ramping up or staying the same speed? Usually, they'll ramp up during the update but will spin back down once it's finished.
  6. You can set the fans to white. From your photos, this is usually a form of RGB software conflict or LEDs starting to fail on the fan(s). If you're using any other RGB software, try temporarily closing them and restarting iCUE. To troubleshoot the fans: Look for the RGB header coming off the AIO's pump that's labeled 1. With this header, test each fan individually and see if you can change the fan's LEDs to Green, Blue, and Red. If the fans fail to produce any of these colors, please reach out to our support team, and they'll take a closer look at your setup and look into replacing your fans or AIO under warranty if needed.
  7. It does sound like bad LEDs. If you got them within 2-years, reach out to our support team, and we'll replace those for you!
  8. If you disconnected the AIO's power, it could be the VRM cooling fan on the motherboard. Double-check the BIOS, but you should be able to adjust the RPM on it. [ame] [/ame]
  9. Have you opened a support ticket with our team by chance? I feel like it's still a software conflict. We can take a closer look at your setup and see if anything sticks out.
  10. Are the fans going down on their own? If so, can you show us a screenshot of your Custom fan curves? Also, you'll want to make sure you disable "CorsairLink and Asetek Support" in HWiNFO64. This can cause iCUE to have some weird behaviors like unexpected RPM changes.
  11. What's going on with the screw/holes? You cannot rotate the pump's lighting in iCUE, but that would be a nice feature in cases like this. Let me talk to our software team about this and see what they think!
  12. Can you try repairing your installation and see if you have the same issue? Re-download the installation file and choose the "repair" option. Reboot and see if it appears in iCUE.
  13. Glad you were able to get it! I'll still give the team a heads up about this, just to be safe.
  14. Another thing to look out for, make sure you're not using any adapters like Molex-to-SATA. You'll want to make sure to connect to the SATA power off your PSU directly.
