  1. Just an update on my issue; Corsair support team was really helpful and they sent me new rgb strips and the problem is gone  . So the issue was due to faulty strips.

  3. I have a similar issue as well but my issue is with the 4 rgb strips that I have connected to LED 2 channel on my commander pro. They freeze when I'm gaming and it's fine when I'm not gaming. The 6 LL120 fans connected to my LED1 channel on my commander pro work without issues. Do you have the fans connected to your LED2 channel on your commander pro? Just wondering if there is a glitch with the icue and LED 2 channel.
  4. My 4 rgb strips are connected to LED2 of Commander pro and 6 ll120 fans to LED 1. I only have issues with my strips freezing:[pouts:.
  5. Hey mate, Im having exactly the same issue with my rgb strips (4 strips). They freeze when I play video games but works fine when not gaming. I know this is an old post but have you fixed your issue? Thanks.
  6. I have a similar issue. Whenever I play video games my RGB strips flicker than freeze after couple of minutes of gameplay. When I'm not playing games or browsing etc. the rgb strips work without an issue. This has lead me to believe that its a software issue and not a hardware issue. I turned off SDK by unchecking it in the iCue settings but unfortunately the issue still persists. The only way to get the strips un-stuck is to restart my pc. Even restarting the Corsair service from iCue doesn't fix it. I have a Corsair 500D rgb case with 6 LL120 fans, Corsair vengeance ram (2 x 8Gb), Corsair H150i rgb pro AIO, Corsair K95 Platinum keyboard and 4 Corsair rgb strips. I really hope someone here can help me out.
