  1. Hey, hey! Out of your list, the following can be controlled by iCUE. ASUS motherboard. CORSAIR 5000T RGB case. CORSAIR LL120 RGB fans.
  2. Hey, hey! Second hand PC? Perhaps the original owner attempted to connect the QLs to the motherboard ARGB header and blew the lighting on the fans. You can try to move the RGB cable of each fan to a different location on the Commander XT as it could just be the first fan in the chain that has gone bad, instead of all 3.
  3. Hey, hey! Did you scroll down on the list of detected images?
  4. Hey, hey! The MSI Plugin is for MSI motherboards with the JCORSAIR header so Mystic Light can control Corsair products which can be connected to it.
  5. Hey, hey! iCUE does not support Gigabyte GPUs at this time, only ASUS.
  6. Hey, hey! All Scene effects are still available where they have always been under the creation of a custom lighting profile, so nothing has been lost in that regard, but yes, the loss of a one-time click that Scenes offered is indeed an odd removal choice for a user-friendly option.
  7. Hey, hey! This is one of the earlier firmware versions for the first generation of K100 MCU, and there are currently three out there (and perhaps a fourth now in production). v0.32.262 v0.33.265 v1.11.39 (this is the MCU with the ghost typing issue) v1.13.53 (mentioned above by Vylanis as an RMA K100 they received) @c-attack may have more information on the latest firmware version, and why current v1.11.39 are unable to update to v1.13.53. Any thoughts?
  8. Hey, hey! Just to wanted to clarify that the MSI Plugin is meant to be used with the JCORSAIR header that is available on some MSI motherboards. The MSI Plugin does not allow iCUE to control MSI related motherboard RGB or GPU as was done for ASUS.
  9. Hey, hey! Congratulations to the team for this. Make sure you buy them pizza!
  10. Hey, hey! On the top right screen is a little cog that will open up the settings menu. Check the software and game integration for any third-party rgb software that is listed and block it if any are there.
  11. Hey, hey! I honestly cannot tell the difference. You'll just have to go into iCUE, click on your Lighting Node Core where the fans are connected to, and see if any lighting effects are activated there, such as a default profile or a created one.
  12. Hey, hey! Not sure. Are you by chance using a Watercolor effect from iCUE on your devices either with Lighting Link or Murals? Are you running Opera GX? It has the ability to take over and color Corsair devices. Are you running Wallpaper Engine using a wallpaper that has the LED option checked? It too has the ability to take over and color Corsair devices.
  13. Hey, hey! As Murals happens to still be in beta, perhaps that will be something that comes in a later update.
  14. Hey, hey! There is a plethora of iCUE related profiles created for your browsing pleasure - they are not Murals mind you - but downloadable profiles. You can find the largest collection here, https://alex.krastev.org/profiles/corsair?brand=Corsair as well as Lewis Gerschwitz's personal website, who designs the profiles used in supported video games here, https://lewisgerschwitz.com/corsair.html
  15. Hey, hey! Scenes has been replaced by Murals. Any existing Scene were just Lighting Effects added as quick-pick options, and can still be made yourself under Lighting Effects with the many predefined options made available to you under the iCUE software on your Corsair devices.
