  1. This has fixed my issue, thank you so much! I just remembered, I damaged one of my fans and had to buy a singular replacement earlier this year, which happens to be that exact fan! the other 5 fans were purchased as part of 2 x 3 packs.
  2. update, corsair support has responded. did a clean uninstall and installed an older version of icue. still did not resolve the issue
  3. i have also tried to install an older version of icue however when i click the download link on the corsair website, nothing downloads....
  4. Hello, I purchased the LL120 fans when they were released a couple years ago. I installed 6 fans onto channel 1 of the commander pro. I had no issues with them and they were working fine for however many years it has been until suddenly today all except the 1st fan has stopped lighting up. They fans still spin i just cannot get them to light up. is this possibly due to ICUE updating? i can see there was an update recently. however this only stopped working today. i did not restart my pc. i can change the lighting effects of the 1st fan without issue. I have reinstalled, updated the commander pro and icue and it has not fixed the issue. im pretty sure the lighting has been configured correctly in icue. 6 fans connected on channel 1. all 6 fans set to static red on channel 2 and only 1 lights up surely this must be a sofrware problem as it has been working fine for years? is this a known issue? is there a fix? pc info intel 9900kf asus maximus formula x 2080ti FE 32gb vengence pro ram 6 LL120 commander pro Please help and thanks in advance. update, i swapped the cables from the fan to the rgb controller for ports 1-3, now fans 1-3 light up. tried to do the same thing for ports 4-6 and nothing changed...
  5. Hello everyone, Anyway to purchase from the corsair website if you are outside of the US? Residing in Australia and want to purchase the red adonized thumb screws and red fan filters. No one in Australia stocks these :( Thanks
  6. I’m also facing the same issue. I decided I would watercool my gpu to solve this issue (if my logic is correct) but the gpu is so close to the panel there isn’t enough room to fit a tube between the glass and gpu. So I’ll have to run it behind which doesn’t look as good :(:
  7. Damn how annoying... I really like having a diff color for case logos, but dont want to plug in an extra node pro for some strips.... dont have any room left and would also need an extra sata power cable
  8. Zotty my man, in regard to option 2. With iCUE/Link Control and also adding a Corsair Pro Lighting Expansion Kit. I am looking to have this configuration but with LL120 fans. Since the case logo is recognised as an SP120 fan, im assuming I cant use the rgb splitter with a LL120 fan and the case logo. So my question is, do you know if I can use the splitter to split 2 L 120 fans and have the case logo plugged into its own seperate port into the rgb controller? If so, where I am I able to obtain this rgb splitter? Thanks for your help again
  9. Nope, just CS go. Tried fiddling around with settings however did not affect anything. When I switch sound output to speakers then the sound stops, sound is only present when playing sound through the void headset.
  10. Hard to explain the sound, not static. a very loud constant sound. Makes it unbearable to play. Updated cue and void. No fix This happenign to anyone else? Any suggestions to fix this?
  11. Yes, you remove the cable that connects the 6 fan LED hub and lighting controller and plug that directly into the Commander Pro from the 6 fan LED hub. The lighting controller in the case is no longer plugged in.
