  1. Hi - I have the most current version and, I could be wrong, but my previous installation would start iCUE in the background on initial Mac startup. Now it starts iCUE in the foreground and pops up the application window so I have to close it every time. I tried deleting and re-installing the app but still does the same thing.
  2. Hi thank you. I just updated the Harpoon firmware using my windows PC. Still shows up as “Apple Watch” when I turn it on in Bluetooth mode.
  3. hi all - firstly, I don't own an apple watch nor is there one anywhere within 2500+ square feet of my devices. The most interesting thing is happening when I try to pair my Corsair Harpoon bluetooth mouse. Initially all my Macs and iPad would see it as "Corsair Harpoon" in the bluetooth pairing screen. However none of the apple products would pair successfully. So after I turned the Harpoon mouse off and then back on, all my apple products now see it as an "Apple Watch". I've deduced this to be the case every time I turn the Harpoon rocker switch on to bluetooth mode. I can't seem to get this to stop. Any solution out there? Any chance Corsair can fix this in their next firmware update (I am on the current firmware version, too). also I have video of the device flickering back-and-forth between recognizing it as either the Harpoon or Watch (jittering like crazy in the Bluetooth Preferences screen.
  4. so help me out here... are there two M.2 slots in the i160 (one that is factory installed and a second slot that is wide open)?
  5. Can you expand on the process, steps by chance please?
  6. After updating the iCUE software to latest version, the LED strip front lights on my Corsair i160 revert back to and get stuck in the Corsair default system color blue. I have the entire system profiled to run off iCUE Instant Lighting (RED color in my case). So when I go into the iCUE software and try to re-apply my custom iCUE Instant Lighting red color, suddenly ALL LED strip lights go out (like someone unplugged the power). Anyone else experiencing this?
  7. LED strip front lights are going out on my Corsair i160 are stuck in Corsair default blue when I have had the entire system profiled to run off iCUE Instant Lighting (RED color in my case). When going into iCUE software and trying to apply my custom iCUE Instant Lighting color, suddenly ALL LED strip lights go out (like someone unplugged the power). Please fix this.
  8. Hi! Thanks! A daughterboard by default means there is still a motherboard. So how does the i180 bring the X299 Mini-ITX to reality within the One Pro case? Maybe Corsair will sell an upgrade pack in the future for i160 owners who want the i180 motherboard?
  9. I am considering this as I have a feeling it is possible AND the probability of success is greater than 50% :) Anyone have details they've put together on how this conversion would work? Want to continue this thread with a build out? I might consider this route after my warranty expires.
  10. It's connected directly to a surge protector. Never had a problem in the past with other power-hungry machines.
  11. Wow, I don't know what to say. This is my second brand new unit from Corsair for the i160. My current unit decided to shut itself off today unexpectedly. I suspect (although I'm not certain because I was in another room when this happened) that the system shifting into "display/screen sleep" mode (not to be confused with system sleep mode) triggered this shutdown as the i160 tends to "click" when the display shifts to sleep mode, yet the unit itself will still stay powered on. I know that my system does this "shift" because my iCue LED strips change from my custom "red" color to the standard i160 system "blue" LED color on the strips when my display goes into sleep mode. The only workload I had going was Microsoft Office. I press the front-side power button. Nothing. I go to the rear of the unit and the only thing lighting up is the ethernet port (solid orange indicator) so I know there is some sort of power going to the unit. So I press the CMOS reset and press the front-side power button. I hear the usual "click" from the unit to power itself on but nothing..no LED light-up, no signal sent to my monitor. I look at the back and no longer see the ethernet blinking. I turn switch off the power at the back side of the unit then turn it back on. Now I see the light on the ethernet port light up indicating to me there is power to the unit but still no other lights lighting up on the unit. I press the front-side of the unit. "click" but still nothing. Anyone else experience this?? The great news is Corsair support has been fantastic for me.
  12. thumbs up to all of these as they are exactly what I was thinking after having lived with this system for a few months now.
