Hi! Yesterday I received my Virtuoso SE, which I wasn't too keen on in the beginning because of the known driver issues which I also had. (driver issues fixed) Now I've come to the conclusion that my left RGB light is a lot more dim than the other. I've read (on Reddit) that someone had the same problem too. When reattaching right earcup (left is fine), I didn't get a click. And now it's stuck, can't get any movement out of it. Battey: can only get 8 hours out of battery (RGB disabled), I know it would never reach 20 hours but I would've expected atleast 12. Edit: When charging and wearing headset I randomly hear ''charging battery'', bad cable/connector? Anyone else with above problems?
