go here https://www.corsair.com/ww/en/downloads then search for aura sync plug-in (just type aura), download and install it, then you're good to go. Note: you might have to restart both icue and aura sync for it to work, but for me i just restarted aura sync. credits to the guy from reddit.

Seems like no one knows how to fix this

I already updated iCUE (3.18.77) and Aura Sync (1.07.71) to the latest version, Enabled full software control on iCUE, followed everything in here https://www.corsair.com/ww/en/blog/Enabling-Aura-Sync-Control-for-Your-CORSAIR-RGB-Memory but it's still not detected on Aura Sync.
